Individual and Personal Rights. The teacher’s individual and personal rights outside the academic setting are no less than those of other citizens. Each teacher has the right to conduct himself/ herself outside the academic setting as he/she sees fit unless it can be shown that the teacher’s behavior is affecting his/her professional performance in a demon- strably deleterious manner. Employees’ appearance is a reflection of pride and professional responsibility to the Wichita Public School District and the public. The professional dress standards for teachers are as follows:

  • Real and Personal Property The Company has good and marketable title to, or has valid rights to lease or otherwise use, all items of real and personal property that are material to the business of the Company free and clear of all liens, encumbrances, claims and defects and imperfections of title except those that (i) do not materially interfere with the use of such property by the Company or (ii) would not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

  • Sexual and Personal Harassment The Employer shall provide and the Union and Employees shall support a workplace free from personal or sexual harassment and any other harassment based on the protected characteristics set out in Article 2.04. Under no circumstances on any task order awarded under XXXXX shall the Government be deemed to have privity-of-contract with the Owner/Lessor of the Leased Items; or, the Government be held liable for early Termination/Cancellation damages if the Government decides not to exercise an option period under a task order unless the Contractor has specifically disclosed the amount of such damages (or the formula by which such damages would be calculated) as part of its proposal and the OCO for the task order has specifically approved/allowed such damages as part of the task order terms and conditions.

  • Sick and Personal Leave The Assistant Principal shall annually be entitled to twelve (12) days of sick leave and two (2) days of personal leave. Unused personal leave days will accumulate as sick leave days. Earned sick leave may accumulate to a maximum of 340 days. Every sick day that is issued for the current school year and eventually not utilized during that school year will be multiplied by 1.5 at the end of the school year (e.g., 10 unused sick days on June 30, 2022 will be converted in a credit of 15 sick days for the Assistant Principal’s use.) This unused sick day multiplier will not be in effect during the four (4) years prior to retirement.

  • Successors, Assigns, and Beneficiaries A. Owner and Engineer are hereby bound and the successors, executors, administrators, and legal representatives of Owner and Engineer (and to the extent permitted by Paragraph 4.01.B the assigns of Owner and Engineer) are hereby bound to the other party to this Agreement and to the successors, executors, administrators, and legal representatives (and said assigns) of such other party, in respect of all covenants, agreements, and obligations of this Agreement.

  • EMPLOYMENT AND PERSONNEL The Provider shall not engage any person in the employ of any State Department or Agency in a position that would constitute a violation of 0 XXXX § 00 xx 00 XXXX § 0000. The Contractor shall not engage on a full-time, part-time or other basis during the period of this Agreement, any other personnel who are or have been at any time during the period of this Agreement in the employ of any State Department or Agency, except regularly retired employees, without the written consent of the State Purchases Review Committee. Further, the Provider shall not engage on this project on a full-time, part-time or other basis during the period of this Agreement any retired employee of the Department who has not been retired for at least one year, without the written consent of the State Purchases Review Committee. The Provider shall cause the foregoing provisions to be inserted in any subcontract for any work covered by this Agreement so that such provisions shall be binding upon each subcontractor, provided that the foregoing provisions shall not apply to contracts or subcontracts for standard commercial supplies or raw materials.

  • Privacy and Personal Information (a) This clause 14 applies where this agreement amounts to a “service arrangement” under the Information Privacy Act 2009 (Qld).

  • Individual Rights Nothing contained herein shall be construed as limiting the right of any employee having a complaint to discuss the matter through administrative channels and to have the problem adjusted without the intervention of the Association, as long as the Association is notified in writing of the disposition of the matter and such disposition is not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement.
