Initial Compensation. As compensation for Director's entering into this Agreement and performing his services hereunder Company shall pay a director’s fee as set forth on Annex A hereto per month so long as Director is a member of the Board.
Initial Compensation. All new employees appointed to a position in the competitive service shall be paid a salary or wage within the established range for the position's class.
