Initial Salary Placement Column Credit toward initial column placement begins with the Child Development Permit. Courses completed in addition to the Permit must be completed through an accredited college and shall be those courses offered for the attainment of an Associate or Bachelor’s degree and applicable to the field of Early Childhood education. Coursework grades need to be “C” or better, (Pass or Credit also apply). The teacher is required to provide an official transcript to Human Resources to verify and confirm their column placement.
Annual Salary Executive's compensation shall consist of an annual base salary (the "Annual Salary") of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000), before all customary payroll deductions. The Annual Salary shall be reviewed, and shall be subject to change, by the Board of Directors of Employer (or the Compensation Committee thereof) at least annually while Executive is employed hereunder.
Placement on the Salary Schedule All teachers shall be placed on the appropriate step in the salary schedule taking into consideration the following:
Salary and bonus ii. Awards of stock, stock options, and stock appreciation rights. Use the dollar amount recognized for financial statement reporting purposes with respect to the fiscal year in accordance with the Statement of Financial Accounting Standards No. 123 (Revised 2004) (FAS 123R), Shared Based Payments.
Salary Scale The salary scale applicable to Employees shall be set out hereinafter in the Wage Schedule.
Placement on Salary Schedule The following rules shall be applicable in determining placement of a teacher on the appropriate salary schedule:
Payroll Deduction Schedule The Board will deduct the representation fee in equal installments, as nearly as possible, from the paychecks paid to each employee on the aforesaid list during the remainder of the membership year in question. The deductions will begin with the first paycheck paid:
Salary Placement Entry-level placement on the salary schedule shall be at the lowest step of the schedule for the classification or at the hourly rate established for the classification, unless the District authorizes hiring at a higher rate.
Basic Salary Schedule The salaries of the members of the bargaining unit are set forth in Appendix A, which is attached to and made a part of this Agreement.
