Initiation of Services. During the term of this Agreement, Client may call upon BVNA to perform specific work from the scope to be defined per project in accordance with the agreed upon fees. Individual projects may be delineated via a specific proposal in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. BVNA agrees to furnish services in conformity with the terms hereof and the following documents which are incorporated by reference and made a part hereof. No subsequent amendment to this Agreement shall be binding on either BVNA or Client unless reduced to writing and signed by an authorized Representative of BVNA and Client. Any pre-printed forms including, but not limited to: purchase orders, shipping instructions, or sales acknowledgment forms of either party containing terms or conditions at variance with or in addition to those set forth herein shall not in any event be deemed to modify or vary the terms of this Agreement.

Initiation of Services. Signup 1. Profiling Worksheets will be filled out by Client and returned to NMR. 2. NMR requires graphical elements, text copy and other creative materials including but not limited to logos, business photographs and business history for presentation in various Client media services. NMR can assist in the writing and creation of copy and graphical elements for additional fees. 3. Various web accounts will need to be created as a part of the setup process including accounts with, but not limited to, MailChimp, Shopify, Google, Facebook and/or Twitter, Instagram, Google Merchant Center, Google Ads Accounts, Facebook Business Manager depending on the service profile. These types of accounts will hereafter be known as “web services”.
Initiation of Services. AASDI shall provide installation services related to voice, data, security, surveillance and/or audio or video networks on a project basis and provide such other services as may be agreed upon from time to time by ASD and AASDI (collectively the “Services”) as more fully set forth in the purchase order and SOW. Initiation of Services. No later than five (5) days following authorization by County a member of the FSP team shall meet with the C/Y/TAY client and family (as applicable to TAY enrollees) to conduct an orientation and strengths assessment to enroll the client, and to set the groundwork for the first Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) meeting. The MDT shall include the FSP team, other system providers, and the C/Y enrollee and family. Within each team, a personal services coordinator (clinical case manager) shall be identified for each enrollee. The MDT shall develop the individualized care plan (“Wrap Plan”), which shall identify the highest priority needs which may include but not be limited to any of the following five life domains: 1) support/self efficacy, 2) education, 3) employment, 4) wellness, and 5) safety and permanence. Action steps shall be developed and responsibility for completing those steps shall be assigned. The MDT shall meet as often as needed to address the C/Y / TAY enrollee and family of the enrollee’s needs. The Wrap Plan timeline shall be as follows: Intake Preliminary Safety Plan, Consents & Release of Information Within thirty (30) days Strength and Needs Assessment completed Within sixty (60) days Wrap Plan and Discharge Plan are implemented As needed Wrap Plan is reviewed and updated Within ninety (90) days of discharge After care meeting

Without this information, NMR will not be able to maintain accounts on the Client’s behalf. Instructions for creating web service accounts are provided by NMR. 5. Client is required to have a web domain name that will be assigned to the website produced by NMR on the Client’s behalf. In addition, Client is responsible for managing DNS settings that point the domain name to the Client’s NMR produced website. Instructions for purchasing and managing domain names are provided by NMR. Service and Billing Notices: 1. Failure to pay bills issued during the setup period can result in an automatic cancellation of service by NMR. 2. Failure to deliver required content or account information can significantly delay production – even beyond the 90 day setup period. If this occurs, NMR reserves the right to cancel the client’s account. 3. Failure to provide content or approvals does not suspend billing or payments due unless the account is formally cancelled which may result in cancellation fees. 4. While delivering the above information to NMR is the responsibility of Client, NMR will endeavor to assist in these matters where possible. The goal of acquiring this information is to produce a number of Client media services depending on the services indicated in the Program Prospectus and “Sign Up Today” form. Those media may include but are not limited to: 1. Client Website 2. Client Email Marketing Services 3. Client Facebook Business Page 4. The Contractor agrees that an Injured Worker may receive the Services from an Ocularist (or an Ocularist Trainee in accordance with sections 10 and 11 of this Schedule A) where an injury has resulted in the loss or partial loss of an eye, and from an Anaplastologist (or an Anaplastologist Trainee in accordance with sections 10 and 11 of this Schedule A) where an injury has resulted in the loss or partial loss of a hand, finger, ear, facial feature, or other related appendage or anatomical feature.‌

  • Location of Services The Purchaser’s data shall remain within the continental United States at all times and on computing and data storage devices residing therein. Contractor’s services shall be subject to the United States legal jurisdiction.

  • Duration of Services The obligation of GGP to perform any individual Service described in or contemplated by this Section B shall terminate upon the earliest to occur of (a) 18 months following the Distribution Date, (b) five days following written notice of termination of such Services by Spinco to GGP and (c) the applicable termination date pursuant to Article IX of the Agreement. GGP agrees to use appropriate and reasonable efforts, as mutually agreed upon by the parties and at Spinco’s cost, to (i) ensure that any terminated Service is integrated into Spinco’s broader business processes and/or (ii) complete any individual Service in this Section B requested by Spinco prior to the termination described in the prior sentence.

  • Coordination of Services Consultant agrees to work closely with City staff in the performance of Services and shall be available to City’s staff, consultants and other staff at all reasonable times.

  • Inspection of Services Subcontractor shall make the Services accessible at all reasonable times for inspection by the Contractor. Subcontractor shall, at the first opportunity, inspect all material and equipment delivered to the job site by others to be used or incorporated in the Subcontractor’s Services and give prompt notice of any defect therein. Subcontractor assumes full responsibility to protect the work done hereunder until final acceptance by the Contractor or any authorized third (3rd) party.

  • Delegation of Services The Administrator may, at its expense, delegate to one or more entities some or all of the services for the Fund for which the Administrator is responsible under this Subcontract. The Administrator will be responsible for the compensation, if any, of any such entities for such services to the Fund, unless otherwise agreed to by the parties or with the Fund. Notwithstanding any delegation pursuant to this paragraph, the Administrator will continue to have responsibility and liability for all such services provided to the Fund under this Subcontract.

  • Completion of Services (a) The Customer must: (i) notify Deswik in writing as soon as the Customer becomes aware of any defects in the Services; or (ii) provide Deswik with an email confirming successful completion of any Services Deswik advises the Customer have been completed. (b) If the Customer does not notify Deswik of any defects under clause 5.4(a)(i) or provide Deswik with an email confirming successful completion of the Services within 14 days of Deswik notifying the Customer that the relevant Services are complete, the Customer is deemed to have accepted the Services. (c) If the Customer notifies Deswik of any defects under clause 5.4(a)(i), Deswik will, as soon as possible investigate and (where applicable) undertake rectification of the defects. Upon completion of any defect rectification the Customer must promptly provide an email notification of the successful completion of the services, unless further defects exist. In this case, the Customer is further required to notify Deswik of such defects.

  • Suspension of Services We have the right to suspend the benefit of any Credit Union service at any time for reasonable cause. At Our discretion, We also have the right to pay any share draft presented for payment from Your Account after Your Account is closed or suspended and to recover such amount paid from You.
