Project Inspection. Facilitator shall have the right to inspect the Project during normal business hours during the term of this Agreement, upon at least five business days' notice to Producer.
Project Inspection. 4.1. If we have specified in writing in the Proposal that we will carry out Project Inspection then the following Clause 4 will apply. 4.2. In consideration of payment of the fee specified in the Proposal, we will carry out Project Inspection. 4.3. Project Inspection means that we will conduct site inspections at appropriate intervals of the Works as agreed in the Proposal. We shall notify you of any discrepancies that we have noted between the Design and the actual Works being delivered in order that you may take steps to rectify such changes as you see fit. 4.4. We will not supervise or manage the Works. We may if agreed in the Proposal assist you in communicating with third parties but you will contract directly with the third parties and by undertaking Project Inspection we will not take responsibility or liability for their work or the Works, and we will not accept any liability in respect of either the execution or performance of such third party contractor, or the delivery or performance of the Works once completed.
Project Inspection. Project Inspection is a combination of the presence of the CONSULTANT, and the documentation of the project’s daily activities. The CONSULTANT will perform inspection in accordance with project specifications and documentation will include, at a minimum, Inspector’s Daily Progress Reports, materials placement inspection reports, measurement and payment information, and project visual reviews for items such as traffic control placement and conformance, etc.
Project Inspection. The City agrees to provide the Board and TIF Division access to the Project Site for inspections during and upon completion of construction of the Project, and access to documents and records considered necessary to assess the Project. The Board and TIF Division shall be provided a right of entry onto the Project Site to conduct random walk-through inspections.
Project Inspection. Contractor acknowledges that prior to the execution of this Agreement, Contractor (a) has made a complete and careful examination of the Facility Site and the surrounding areas, the Design Documents and the drawings and specifications and other information set forth in Appendix A hereto, (b) has made a complete and careful examination to determine the difficulties and hazards incident to the performance of the Services, including without limitation (i) the location of the Project, (ii) the condition of the Facility Site and the surrounding areas, (iii) the proximity of the Project to adjacent facilities and structures, (iv) the conditions of the roads, waterways and railroads in the vicinity of the Facility Site, including the conditions affecting shipping and transportation, access, disposal, handling and storage of materials, (v) the labor conditions in the region of the Facility Site, (vi) Applicable Laws, Applicable Permits, the Electrical Interconnection Requirements, the PPA Operating Requirements (as in effect on the date of execution of this Agreement), the Guaranteed Emissions Limits and Real Estate Rights, (vii) the local weather conditions based upon previous weather data, and (viii) all other matters that might affect Contractor's performance hereunder or the construction of the Facility (other than subsurface conditions pursuant to Section 20.2 hereof), and (c) has determined to Contractor's satisfaction the nature and extent of such difficulties and hazards.

Project Inspection. The Project shall be inspected by licensed professional to ensure that the stream crossings were installed as designed and the diversion infrastructure complies with the terms of this Agreement. A copy of the inspection report, including photographs of each site, shall be submitted to CDFW within 90 days of completion of each separate encroachment project. Project Inspection. Co1lier will be responsible for the inspection of work, the sampling and testing for acceptance, and proper and sufficient documentation of acceptance. The inspection staff shall be qualified and knowledgeable about the type of work taking place, be familiar with the contract documents, and certified in accordance with TDOT Standard Operating Procedures (SOP 1-3) when conducting sampling and testing of materials for acceptance. All field technicians are certified in the applicable TDOT certification workshops listed below: o Asphalt Roadway Paving Xxxxxxxxx x Class l Concrete Technician o Soils and Aggregate Technician o Asphalt Mix Design o Asphalt Plant Technician o ATSSA Traffic Control Technicians o CPESC Certifications (Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control) Xxxxxxx shall coordinate and have project progress meetings to discuss the status of the project and other project issues if requested by the Maury County Building and Zoning Office. Xxxxxxx shall conduct all acceptance testing. Each site shall be tested by proof rolling the finished subgrade and stone grades to insure stability and conformity to the approved construction plans. Xxxxxxx will inspect the installation of proposed drainage structures and their placement to ensure proper drainage and if any areas are identified that will not drain properly the necessary parties will be alerted immediately where plans revisions or construction modifications can be made. Xxxxxxx will ensure that all materials to include stone, asphalt, and concrete shall be checked for material compliance by industry standard methods by coordinating the receipt of certified material description tickets from the materials providers. Xxxxxxx'x Inspectors shall also apply knowledge of TDOT standards and specifications as they pertain to the asphalt production and mix design. Asphalt shall also be checked for spread to ensure that the proper amount is being applied and it is being done in manner acceptable to achieve the required density and provide for a useful service life. All components of the proposed cross section shall be tested and verified for proper installation to ensure that the roadway will provide for the anticipated life and not become a maintenance problem with the cost to be incurred by Maury County. Project Inspection. During implementation of the Project and any time prior to Grantor approval of the Final Report, the Grantee shall permit the Grantor to inspect, at any reasonable time, the property, both real and personal, all work done, labor performed and materials furnished in connection with the activities financed with Grant moneys.
