INSPECTIONS AND PERMITS. Among the many other requirements contained herein, the Contractor shall be responsible to conduct all Work in full compliance with the conditions of permit(s) obtained for the project. Except as otherwise provided in the Contract Documents, all inspections, permits (including but not necessarily limited to the building permit), licenses and fees required by Applicable Laws, the Contract Documents or government agencies for the Work shall be scheduled, arranged, requested, coordinated, obtained, paid for and supervised by the Contractor. With the exception of third-party inspectors that may be retained by ACPS, the costs for such inspections, permits, licenses and fees charged by third-parties or government agencies shall be a Cost of the Work when the Purchase Order is based upon and sets forth a GMP. When, in order to comply with the intent of the Contract Documents, inspections must be made at the plant or mill of the manufacturer or fabricator of material or equipment, the Contractor shall notify the persons concerned and the Engineer a sufficient length of time in advance to allow for arrangements to be made for such inspection and for any observations by the Engineer, ACPS or such others as they may designate.

INSPECTIONS AND PERMITS. 8 Obtain all applicable and necesary elevator permits and pay all applicable and 9 necessary inspection fees at no additional cost to the SUCCESSOR AGENCY as these 10 fees are included as part of the COMPENSATION section Attachment “B”. 11 The terms of this Scope of Work shall supersede the CONTRACTOR’s 12 proposal, unless otherwise referenced herein.
INSPECTIONS AND PERMITS. Participant shall be solely responsible for having valid food service permits from the State of Ohio or a temporary Food Service permit from the Alliance City Health Department prior to serving any food. The Alliance Fire Department and Alliance Health Department will conduct inspections between 11:45 a.m. & 2:00 p.m. on Thursday’s date above. In the event a local authority does not permit a participant to participate in the Rib & Food Fest due to inspection failure, the Participant’s one-half participation fee shall be forfeited.
INSPECTIONS AND PERMITS. Subcontractor shall be responsible to obtain and pay for all “special” and trade permits required for the performance of Work under this Subcontract (including without limitation contractor’s license, hauling permits, crane permits, dump permits, etc.). Additionally, Subcontractor shall arrange for the necessary inspections as required by the governing authorities and/or the specifications with respect to its Work. Copies of all required permits and inspection certificates shall be to Contractor's site office in order for Contractor to verify compliance.

  • Licenses and Permits Each Mortgagor covenants in the Mortgage Loan documents that it shall keep all material licenses, permits, franchises, certificates of occupancy and applicable governmental approvals necessary for the operation of the Mortgaged Property in full force and effect, and to the Mortgage Loan Seller’s knowledge based upon any of a letter from any government authorities, zoning consultant’s report or other affirmative investigation of local law compliance consistent with the investigation conducted by the Mortgage Loan Seller for similar commercial and multifamily mortgage loans intended for securitization; all such material licenses, permits, franchises, certificates of occupancy and applicable governmental approvals are in effect or the failure to obtain or maintain such material licenses, permits, franchises or certificates of occupancy and applicable governmental approvals does not materially and adversely affect the use and/or operation of the Mortgaged Property as it was used and operated as of the date of origination of the Mortgage Loan or the rights of a holder of the related Mortgage Loan. The Mortgage Loan requires the related Mortgagor to be qualified to do business in the jurisdiction in which the related Mortgaged Property is located and for the Mortgagor and the Mortgaged Property to be in compliance in all material respects with all regulations, zoning and building laws.

  • Permits and Approvals Consultant shall obtain, at its sole cost and expense, all permits and regulatory approvals necessary in the performance of this Agreement. This includes, but shall not be limited to, encroachment permits and building and safety permits and inspections.
