Installation Access. If necessary, Customer must provide AT&T and/or its designee access to the Premises during normal business hours to install, inspect, maintain, repair, remove, or otherwise deal with the PRIVATE MOBILE CONNECTION-AT&T VPN Access. Customer authorizes AT&T or its designee to make connections and perform other tasks that are necessary or desirable to enable AT&T to provide PRIVATE MOBILE CONNECTION – AT&T AVPN Access including, without limitation, connecting and making necessary attachments to Customer's router.

Installation Access. Customer must provide AT&T and/or its designee access to the Premises during normal business hours to install, inspect, maintain, repair, remove, or otherwise deal with the Frame Relay Components. Customer authorizes AT&T or its designee to make connections and perform other tasks that are necessary or desirable to enable AT&T to provide Private Mobile Connection – Frame Relay including, without limitation, connecting and making necessary attachments to Customer's router and/or CSU/DSU.
Installation Access. Parcel 4A02 is located inside the STATION chain link boundary fence and will require obtaining access credentials through DBIDS as required by the LEASE. All personnel shall have a DBIDs credential, as there will be no available escort on to the STATION. Access to Fields I and J will be through the Weapons Gate at the southeast corner of Field J. LESSEE shall contact the STATION Security Dispatch at (000) 000-0000 to open the gate. Weapons gate will be locked after LESSEE entry. LESSEE shall contact STATION Security Dispatch to leave Field J and I. No entry or exit shall be allowed through the flight line. Vehicles used by the LESSEE and associated LEASE employees, contractors, and agents shall meet California licensing requirements, California vehicle safety standards and California vehicle insurance requirements.
Installation Access a) NAF El Centro has implemented access procedures that affect non-military personnel who require access to the installation. All LESSEE personnel shall obtain access to the STATION by participating in the Defense Biometrics Identification System (DBIDS). Participation in DBIDS shall be required for the LEASE. There is no cost to participate in the program. b) LESSEEs will be granted access to the STATION for a period up to one (1) year, and are not required to obtain a new pass from the STATION Pass and Identification Office for each visit. c) In order for the LESSEE to participate in DBIDS, the LESSEE shall furnish a completed and signed SECNAV 5512/1, through their STATION Sponsor for submission to Security Pass and ID. d) Details to obtain STATION access are as follows. The LESSEE needs to acquire DoD sponsorship, have a thorough identity check, be properly vetted, and have a legitimate reason for STATION access. Identity checks require a passport or a Real ID Act- compliant state driver’s license. Vetting occurs when the individual’s background and ID are compared against authoritative criminal justice data bases, and the LESSEE has an official document from the sponsoring organization which articulates the reason for access. When the above criteria are met, DBIDS credentials are issued. DBIDS provides a continuous vetting anytime the DBIDS card is scanned at the STATION entry point to verify continued STATION access privileges. e) All LESSEE employees shall obtain the required employee passes. Vehicle passes are not required however, the LESSEE must provide and maintain proof of valid State Vehicle Registration and Vehicle Insurance. f) The LESSEE shall secure all motorized equipment on the LEASED PROPERTY during period of non-use as to be inoperable by unauthorized personnel. Equipment should not be stored or parked within 15 feet of hard-surfaced roads or perimeter patrol roads.

Installation Access. Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) is a closed post. All vehicles and personnel are subject to search and seizure of contraband and unauthorized Government property in accordance with AR 190-13. All contractor personnel shall comply with the requirements of APGR 190-4 for entry, exit, and internal control of personnel, material, and vehicles on APG.
Installation Access. Access to US controlled areas is limited to personnel meeting security standards outline in AER 190-16 and USAG Stuttgart Command Policy Memorandum #58, Local national Screening Program (LNPS) and Installation Access Control. This requirement applies to all contractor employees performing work under this contract on U.S. controlled areas. Failure to submit required information or to obtain required documentation will result in the exclusion of such employees from the U.S. controlled areas until such documentation is obtained. Employees of the Contractor who do not possess a valid installation access pass will be restricted from the workplace until the pass is (re)activated. No Contractor employees will be signed on the installation by an active card holder or contractor, to conduct work duties. The Contractor employees shall be subject to personal and vehicle searches when entering or leaving the installation. The Government retains the right to exclude any employee from performance of duties under this contract if a background security check reveals an employee is a security risk. The exclusion of an employee for security reasons will not relieve the Contractor from performance of services required under this contract. The COR shall provide the Contractor the required information and documents for installation passes. The Contractor shall provide a list of all employees that have that need to be registered for installation access. The format and content will be provided by the COR. The contractor shall provide an installation pass log within 30 days after contract award. The pass log shall be updated as employees are added or removed and submitted to the COR within 5 days after changes. Upon the termination of employment or termination/cancellation of this contract, the Contractor is responsible to collect the installation access passes. The contractor shall collect the installation access passes the same day employment of an individual has expired/terminated, and shall return them to the issuing office within 3 workdays.

Installation Access. All contractor personnel shall comply with the requirements of APGR 190-4 for entry, exit, and internal control of personnel, material, and vehicles on APG. To gain access to APG, DA Form1602, Civilian Identification Card, shall be issued to contractors who do not require computer access or do not travel on official government business upon written approval from the COR. All vehicles and personnel are subject to search and seizure of contraband and/or unauthorized Government property in accordance with AR 190- 13.
Installation Access. All personnel requesting access to Rock Island Arsenal will only enter through a manned and operational Access Control Point and present a United States National or State issued identification that is capable of being scanned for valid entry. All contractor and contractor employees' vehicles, equipment, and packages are subject to inspection or examination (search) at entry/exit of the Arsenal. Security personnel/police will conduct the inspection deemed necessary to enforce security requirements. The contractor shall comply with all installation and other applicable security regulations, requirements, and instructions.
