Phase IV. Post Interim Period duration 6 months ( D- day + 78 months to D-day + 84 months). Formation of Sudan National Armed Forces (SNAF) in case of unity or dissolution of JIUs in case of secession.
Phase IV. Finally any remaining affected employee(s) would enter the P&T process.
i. May use normal P&T rights.
ii. In addition, the Secretary of OPM uses best efforts to make comparable jobs available within acceptable geographic radius (defined below). Such job will typically be in the affected employees' bargaining unit.
iii. Comparable jobs within the same bargaining unit shall be initially offered to affected employees on the basis of layoff seniority as defined in their collective bargaining agreement and, if necessary, state service.
iv. If no comparable job available within the acceptable geographic radius, the finally affected employee(s) will be offered other jobs within the acceptable geographic radius on a temporary basis until comparable job available, and are red-circled in original pay-grade.
v. Employee may be offered training through the P&T Committee as a way of moving employee to a position comparable to the one lost.
vi. No employee shall have a right to a promotion under this process.
vii. Affected employee refusing an assignment within the acceptable geographic radius during Phase 3 of the process may be laid off, but will have all usual rights of laid off employees.
Phase IV. As used herein, “Phase IV” shall mean acceptance testing of Instruments and release for manufacturing, including (i) Delivery of LSR Validation Instruments; (ii) acceptance testing of LSR Validation Instruments; and (ii) release of LSR Validation Instruments for manufacture of LSR Production Instruments.
Phase IV. Installation- The Consultant having determined that all pre-installation steps have been completed approves the installation phase to begin for all Sure-Med-Registered Trademark- equipment. The installation team will then arrive at account site. The Consultant as the Baxter project leader authorizes the commencement of the installation and determines when the project is completed.
6.4.1 Upon arrival at the account site the Consultant will establish with the account a time for daily update meetings as well as date and time for an exit meeting.
6.4.2 The Consultant will identify and address any deficiencies anticipating the affect an the installation process. This will be documented for future reference with copies sent to Sales Specialist and Regional Manager. These identified issues will be discussed with the account project leader for resolution.
6.4.3 The installation team will verify that all equipment and supplies are present. If any discrepancies occur in the received equipment the Consultant will contact Customer Operations for resolution.
6.4.4 All equipment will be inspected for damage. If any has occurred the Consultant will notify Customer operations for replacement. Upon receipt of replacement item the Consultant will complete a return report for the damaged equipment received. A copy of this will be sent to Customer Operations as well as attached to the damaged item for return. Customer Operation will complete any follow up required. 6.4.5 The installation team will complete all tasks as per the appropriate equipment checklists.
6.4.6 The FAE will refer to the Field Service Manual and Sure-Med-Registered Trademark- version 5.2.1 installation/upgrade manual as needed.
Phase IV. Operator shall submit to the Participating Cities complete applications for Site Permits for Stations containing an additional 30% of the total Bicycles for San Xxxx and San Francisco (the “Phase IV Stations”) by the date that is 16 months after the Effective Date, such date being subject to extension by Events of Force Majeure or by Participating City Delay (such date, as it may be so extended, being the “Agreed Phase IV Site Permit Submission Date”). Operator shall not be obligated to commence installation of fully functional and operational Bicycles and related Equipment at such Sites until the date that is 5 months after the issuance by the Participating Cities of Site Permits for 75% of the Phase IV Stations and shall complete such installation for all such Sites by the date that is 5 months after the issuance by the Participating Cities of Site Permits for the remainder of such Stations, such date being subject to extension by Events of Force Majeure or by Participating City Delay (such date, as it may be so extended, being the “Agreed Phase IV Completion Date”; the installation of the percentage of total Bicycles and related Equipment as required by this paragraph being “Phase IV”). Based on the schedule set forth in this paragraph, the objective of the Parties is for Operator to complete Phase IV by the date that is 20 months after the Effective Date (such date being the “Scheduled Phase IV Completion Date”).
Phase IV. BIDDING (Not applicable to this Agreement)
2.4.1 The Architect/Engineer, following the Owner’s approval of the Construction Documents and of the latest preliminary estimate of construction costs, shall assist the Owner in developing bid documents, and may be requested by the Owner to assist in preparing the construction agreement documents for the Project.
2.4.2 In the event the lowest responsive and responsible bidder’s bid submission exceeds either the funds appropriated for the Project or the final estimates provided by the GC, then the Architect/Engineer, in consultation with the Owner and GC, shall provide any modification(s) in the Construction Documents necessary to bring the cost of the Project within the Project’s budget as established by the Owner.
Phase IV. Pilot and supervise the implementation of the designed quality system, including any enhancement or corrective measures and recommendation
