Insurance and Workers Compensation. Contractor will be required to maintain general liability insurance in the amount of one million dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence and two million ($2,000,000) in the aggregate. Contractor will be required to provide professional liability insurance. In accordance with §§ 00-00-000 and 00-00-000 MCA, Contractor agrees to provide workers’ compensation insurance for its employees while performing work under this Agreement. Contractor shall provide proof of compliance in the form of workers’ compensation insurance or documentation of corporate officer status and maintain such insurance or corporate officer status for the duration of the contract. All insurance policies required must be from an insurance carrier licensed to do business in the State of Montana. Contractor agrees to furnish proof of required insurance to the County prior to commencing work under Agreement. County must be listed as an additional insured on the general liability insurance certificate for this Agreement unless otherwise specified by the County.

Insurance and Workers Compensation. Grantee shall provide all necessary insurance as described in Exhibit B. Grantee shall require and ensure that each of its Subrecipients and Subcontractors complies with these requirements.
Insurance and Workers Compensation. (a) Seller shall maintain all appropriate and usual insurance coverage which it normally procures for its commercial or other work to protect itself and the interest of its customers and shall keep such insurance in full force and effect for the duration of this contract. Seller shall furnish to Buyer either a certificate showing compliance with these insurance requirements or certified copies of all insurance policies within thirty (30) days of Buyer’s written request. The certificate will provide that Buyer shall be named an additional insured on all liability policies to the extent of any injury to persons (including injuries resulting in death) or loss of or damage to property of others that be by caused by or suffered as a result of the willful acts or omissions of the Seller, the negligence of the Seller or as a result of acts or omissions of the Seller for which the Seller is strictly liable at law. Buyer will receive thirty (30) days’ prior written notice from the Seller of any termination, amendments or reduction in the amount or scope of coverage. Seller’s furnishing of certificates of insurance or purchase of insurance shall not release Seller of its obligations or liabilities under this contract. (b) If Seller performs work on Buyer’s premises, Seller will furnish evidence acceptable to Buyer showing that Seller and its subcontractors have paid all Workplace Safety Insurance Board (WSIB) assessments.

Contractor shall purchase and maintain automobile occurrence coverage with combined single limits for bodily injury, personal injury and property damage of $500,000 per occurrence and $1,000,000 aggregate per year to cover such claims as may be caused by any act, omission, or negligence of Contractor and its employees, agents, representatives, assigns or subcontractors. In accordance with §§ 00-00-000 and 00-00-000 MCA, Contractor agrees to provide workers’ compensation insurance for its employees while performing work under this Agreement. Contractor shall provide proof of compliance in the form of workers’ compensation insurance or documentation of corporate officer status and maintain such insurance or corporate officer status for the duration of the contract. Insurance and Workers Compensation. 14.1 The Contractor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the City from and against all loss or damage arising from the use of Equipment under this Agreement including all claims for personal injury, death, or damage to property sustained by any person or entity. 14.2 The Contractor, at their own expense, agrees to purchase and maintain proper and comprehensive general liability insurance and workers’ compensation insurance as defined further in Exhibit C. Contractor must name the City as the certificate holder and as an additional insured while operating and performing any Services for the City under this Agreement. 14.3 All insurance will remain in full force and effect for the Term of this Agreement. 14.4 All certificates of insurance must be included with the submission of the Agreement application. 14.5 All Certificates of Insurance, and to the extent possible, will contain the following information: A. The name and address of the insured (Certificate Holder). B. The Certificate Number and Policy Numbers. C. The type of insurance and the liability limits. D. The effective date and expiration date of the policy. E. Statement which refers to the City Contract and insurance specification and states that such insurance is required by the Contract. F. Waiver of subrogation in favor of City.
