Interagency Leadership Team (ILT). The ILT serves as the governing board of this collaborative and will consist of: ● Chief Probation Officer ● Director of Behavioral HealthDirector of Social ServicesThe Superintendent of the County Office of Education or Designee ● Crisis Intervention & Resource CenterChief Student Services Officer-Feather River College ● Executive Director of Far Northern Regional Center or Designee The ILT shall select a Chair who will lead the ILT meetings and processes while membership of the ILT is established per above, designated other experienced staff members or other senior managers from System Partners or other involved agencies, tribal partners or identified contractors may also attend ILT meetings to support the ILT members. The ILT System Partners will attend all meetings and planning sessions necessary to mutually carry out their shared approach. The role and responsibilities of each member of the ILT are as follows:
Interagency Leadership Team (ILT). The ILT serves as the leadership team of this collaborative effort and will initially consist of the SSA Child Welfare Director, or designee, HCA Deputy Agency Director, or designee, Chief Probation Officer, or designee, OCDE Superintendent of Schools, or designee, and RCOC Executive Director, or designee. The ILT shall select a Chair who will lead the ILT meetings and processes and coordinate meeting venues and notifications for a period of two (2) years. Meeting processes may include, but are not limited to, as necessary: securing meeting venues, determining the forum of the meetings, facilitating communication of relevant information and updates among the ILT in between scheduled meetings, recording meeting minutes/decisions, and coordinating with the ILT to identify parties responsible to advance recommendations. While membership of the ILT is established per above, ILT meetings may also be attended by others, as needed and determined by the ILT members, including, but not limited to, designated staff or senior managers of the Parties; other involved agencies, Local Education Agency (LEA)(s), tribal partners, faith-based partners, or identified contractors, xxxxxx youth, resource family, and/or birth parent representative. ILT meetings will be held at minimum on a quarterly basis. The ILT Members, or designees, will attend all meetings and planning sessions necessary to mutually carry out their shared approach. The ILT will utilize a shared decision-making process. Consensus will be the preferable model for the ILT; however, if consensus cannot be reached, and a quorum has been established, decisions may be made by a majority vote of the ILT members. The ILT will engage in an ongoing review of its procedures to ensure that this MOU remains current.

  • Recognition of Union Stewards and Grievance Committee In order to provide an orderly and speedy procedure for the settling of grievances, the Employer acknowledges the rights and duties of the Union Stewards. The Xxxxxxx shall assist any Employee, which the Xxxxxxx represents, in preparing and presenting her grievance in accordance with the grievance procedure.

  • COUNTY’S QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN The County or its agent will evaluate the Contractor’s performance under this Contract on not less than an annual basis. Such evaluation will include assessing the Contractor’s compliance with all Contract terms and conditions and performance standards. Contractor deficiencies which the County determines are severe or continuing and that may place performance of the Contract in jeopardy if not corrected will be reported to the Board of Supervisors. The report will include improvement/corrective action measures taken by the County and the Contractor. If improvement does not occur consistent with the corrective action measures, the County may terminate this Contract or impose other penalties as specified in this Contract.

  • NMHS Governance, Safety and Quality Requirements 3.1 Participates in the maintenance of a safe work environment.

  • Leadership Develop strong joint leadership, shift to coaching style of leadership and share information, including financial data.

  • Enterprise Information Management Standards Grantee shall conform to HHS standards for data management as described by the policies of the HHS Office of Data, Analytics, and Performance. These include, but are not limited to, standards for documentation and communication of data models, metadata, and other data definition methods that are required by HHS for ongoing data governance, strategic portfolio analysis, interoperability planning, and valuation of HHS System data assets.

  • Health & Safety Committee The Employer agrees to establish a Health & Safety Committee for all employees of the company under the auspices of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA). The Committee shall be made up of an equal number (not less than one each) of non-bargaining unit and bargaining unit persons who have completed their probationary period. The Union has the right to appoint the members representing the bargaining unit. The Committee shall keep minutes of its meetings and post them in the shop. One copy will be forwarded to the Union office.

  • Quality Assurance Program An employee shall be entitled to leave of absence without loss of earnings from her or his regularly scheduled working hours for the purpose of writing examinations required by the College of Nurses of Ontario arising out of the Quality Assurance Program.

  • Human and Financial Resources to Implement Safeguards Requirements 6. The Borrower shall make available or cause the Project Executing Agency to make available necessary budgetary and human resources to fully implement the EMP and the RP.
