Interim Amendments. The AML Compliance Officer, in consultation with the AML Compliance Committee, may adopt interim amendments to this AML Program as necessary to comply with legal requirements, subject to ratification by the Board of Directors.

3.2. An amendment to the WBL data resulting from a change to the student's educational pathway must be preceded by a request from the student for a change to the educational pathway.
3.3. The WBL details of the training course in which the WBL takes place can only be changed at the student's request. This request may be preceded by consultation or advice from the institute or the work-placement company.
3.4. The WBL details regarding the start and planned end date, term and extent of the WBL can also be changed at the request of the work-placement company. Such a request will only be met by the institute in consultation with and consent from the student.
3.5. In case of an interim change to the WBL data, the WBL page will be replaced with a new WBL page during the term of the WBL This applies to the following situations:
a. choosing an elective component or switching from one elective component to another (if WBL on a crebo2 or other elective component is already being taken);
b. adding a xxxxx to the work-based learning agreement (if an elective component is already being taken in WBL);
c. extending the scheduled end date;
d. the expiry of the scheduled end date of a WBL on an elective component or xxxxx if a WBL is still running for another component (elective component or xxxxx) in the same company that has not yet been completed;
e. adjusting the total number of hours;
f. changing xxxxx, e.g. from domain to domain, domain to qualification specification or qualification, from qualification specification to qualification or from a qualification to another qualification;
g. changing learning pathways;
h. switching levels.
3.6. The educational institute shall send the new WBL page as soon as possible in writing (on paper or electronically) to the student, and in case the student is a minor, also to his/her parent(s) or legal representative(s) , and to the work-placement company.

Interim Amendments. 3.1 During the BPV period, the practical agreement, and more specifically the BPV details as included on the BPV front page, can be amended or supplemented with written or verbal permission from parties.
3.2 If the amendments to the BPV details result from an amendment to the education route of the participant, this must be preceded by a request from the participant for an amendment to the education route and an amendment to the education agreement.
3.3 The BPV details regarding the education within the framework of the BPV can only be amended at the request of the participant. This request can be preceded by a consultation, or an advice from the institution or the training company.
3.4 The BPV details concerning the start date and planned end date, duration and size of the BPV can be amended at the request of the training company. Such a request will only be honoured by the institution after consultation with and agreement from the participant.
3.5 In the case of an interim amendment to the BPV details, for the duration of the BPV the BPV will be replaced by a new BPV front page.
3.6 The institution will send the new BPV front page in writing (on paper or digitally) to the participant as soon as possible (and in the case of a minor also to his/her parent(s) or legal representative(s), except if it has been agreed in the education agreement that the parents/legal representatives agree with the fact that they will not co-sign the practical agreement) and to the training company.
3.7 The participant (and possibly the parent(s) or legal representative(s), see 3.6) and the training company will be given the opportunity, within 10 days of sending the new BPV front page, to communicate in writing or verbally to the institution that the content of the new BPV front page is not correct.
3.8 If the participant (or possibly the parent(s) or legal representative(s), see 3.6) or the training company indicates that the amended BPV details are not correctly mentioned (in accordance with the request, or the agreement of the party not making the request), the institution will proceed with a correction of the BPV details in question.
3.9 If the participant (or possibly the parent(s) or legal representative(s), see 3.6) or the training company makes an objection known that is focused on the fact that the BPV details have been amended without being founded on a request or agreement, the institution will proceed with deleting the new BPV front page. The practical training contract, and more specifically the details of the practical vocational training as stated in the practical vocational training document, can be amended or supplemented during the practical vocational training period with the written or verbal approval of the parties.
3.2. If the amendment to the details of the practical vocational training arises from a change in the student’s training programme, this must be preceded by a request by the student for a change of the training programme and an amendment of the training contract.
3.3. The details of the practical vocational training concerning the training programme within the framework of which the practical vocational training will be followed can only be amended at the student’s request. This request may be preceded by a consultation with or advice from the institution or the training company.
3.4. The details of the practical vocational training concerning the start date and planned end date, duration and scope of the practical vocational training can also be amended at the request of the training company. Such a request will only by complied with by the institution following consultation with and with the approval of the student.
3.5. In the event of an interim amendment of the details of the practical vocational training, the practical vocational training document will be replaced by a new practical vocational training document for the duration of the practical vocational training.
3.6. The institution will send the new practical vocational training document in writing (on paper or in digital form) to the student (and if the student is a minor also to his/her parent(s) or legal representative(s)) and to the training company.

The student (and if the student is a minor also his/her parent(s) or legal representative(s)) and the training company will be given the opportunity to notify the institution verbally or in writing, within 10 working days of the new practical vocational training document being sent, if the content of the new practical vocational training document is incorrect.

If the student or the training company states that the amended details of the practical vocational training are not correctly represented (in accordance with the request, or the approval of the party not making a request) then the institution will correct the relevant details of the practical vocational training.
