Internet-Based Project Management System. City shall administer its services through an Internet-Based Project Management System (hereafter referred to as “PRIMELink”). In such case, Consultant shall conduct communication through PRIMELink and perform all Project-related functions utilizing PRIMELink, with the exception of Sub-Consultant payment monitoring activities through CCMS. This includes correspondence, submittals, requests for information, vouchers, compensation requests and processing, amendment, change orders and other administrative activities. City shall administer the PRIMELink software, shall provide PRIMELink training to Project Team Members and shall make the software accessible via the Internet to all necessary Project Team Members. All invoices shall be submitted through PRIMELink. End if Article III

Internet-Based Project Management System. District may utilize an electronic internet-based project management system (“PMS”) to manage and record Project documents. District shall provide Architect and (as applicable) Subconsultants with all necessary PMS software, access codes, and training. Unless otherwise directed by District, all Architect’s deliverables under this Agreement (including drafts, finals, etc.) shall be transferred to and from the District utilizing the PMS. District reserves the right to request from or transfer to Architect any deliverables in any other manner. Architect shall not use any aspect of the PMS for any purpose other than Project, and District may terminate Architect’s access to the PMS following termination of Architect or Project completion.

Architect shall provide the District’s Project Manager and other associated Project District Staff and (as applicable) Architect’s Subconsultants and District’s Prime Contractor representatives with all necessary PMS software, access codes, and training. Unless otherwise directed by District, all Architect’s deliverables under this Agreement (including drafts, finals, etc.) shall be transferred to and from the District utilizing the PMS. District reserves the right to request from or transfer to Architect any deliverables in any other manner. Architect shall not use any aspect of the provided PMS for any purpose other than Project, and the Architect may not terminate District’s access to the PMS unless it is following a termination of Architect or Project completion. The Architect shall maintain District access to all requested and/or needed features of the PMS during the Project.

Due to the wide variety of NIDs utilized by BellSouth (based on subscriber size and environmental considerations), Mpower may access the on-premises wiring by any of the following means: BellSouth shall allow Mpower to connect its loops directly to BellSouth’s multi-line residential NID enclosures that have additional space and are not used by BellSouth or any other telecommunications carriers to provide service to the premise. Mpower agrees to install compatible protectors and test jacks and to maintain the protection system and equipment and to indemnify BellSouth pursuant to Section 8 of the General Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.

  • INTERNET-BASED SERVICES Microsoft provides Internet-based services with the software. It may change or cancel them at any time.

  • STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply. Contractor agrees to be governed by and comply with the provisions of §§00-000-000, 00-000-000, 00-000-000, and 00- 000-000, C.R.S. regarding the monitoring of vendor performance and the reporting of contract information in the State’s contract management system (“Contract Management System” or “CMS”). Contractor’s performance shall be subject to evaluation and review in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract, Colorado statutes governing CMS, and State Fiscal Rules and State Controller policies.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CBB chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CBB’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CBB to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Quality Management System Supplier hereby undertakes, warrants and confirms, and will ensue same for its subcontractors, to remain certified in accordance with ISO 9001 standard or equivalent. At any time during the term of this Agreement, the Supplier shall, if so instructed by ISR, provide evidence of such certifications. In any event, Supplier must notify ISR, in writing, in the event said certification is suspended and/or canceled and/or not continued.
