INTERNSHIP SITE SUPERVISOR. It is mutually agreed by the Department of Kinesiology at California State University, Northridge and the agency/site listed below to provide for field work experience and/or observation for (name of student) during the Fall/2018 (semester/year) academic semester. The purpose of this agreement is to provide practical experience for the student in a school, clinic, or community setting which will be consistent with and beneficial to the education of the student. CSUN agrees to provide a faculty sponsor to counsel the student and arrange for appropriate enrollment and grading procedures. The agency/site agrees to supervise and direct the student while at the agency/site, and provide an opportunity for the student to experience and participate in or observe the function of the agency/site. The agency/site supervisor agrees to guide the student’s work and to submit a brief and final evaluation of his/ her achievement. INTERNSHIP SITE SUPERVISOR i. Assign one (1) or more employees as an Internship Site Supervisor to supervise and mentor the student intern(s). The ratio of Internship Site Supervisors to student interns must be no more than 1:3. ii. Ensure that each Internship Site Supervisor has, within the last three (3) years, undergone a criminal background check that meets the requirements outlined in C.R.S. § 22-32-109.7(1). For the duration of this MOU, including any renewal period, the Internship Site shall not assign any persons convicted of any felony or misdemeanor crime involving unlawful sexual behavior or unlawful behavior involving children as Internship Site Supervisors. The Internship Site shall make the results of such background checks available to the District upon request. If the Internship Site does not have an internal background check process in place, it shall contact the District-designated Work-Based Learning Coordinator (“WBL Coordinator”) for assistance in complying with this provision. iii. Ensure that each Internship Site Supervisor has completed the Internship Site Supervisor Acknowledgement, attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein.

  • Immediate Supervisor The first (1st) District-designated supervisor or manager not within the same bargaining unit who has immediate jurisdiction over the grievant.

  • Supervisor Within ten (10) business days from the occurrence of the matter on which a complaint is based, or within ten (10) business days from his/her knowledge of such occurrence, an employee shall file a formal written grievance. Three copies of the departmental grievance form shall be completed by the employee stating the nature of the grievance and the remedy requested from his/her departmental Management. The employee shall submit two copies to his/her immediate supervisor and retain the third copy.

  • SITE SUPERVISION 1.9.1 Contractor shall provide adequate supervision of his employees to ensure complete and satisfactory performance of all work in accordance with the terms of the contract. Contractor shall have a responsible supervisor on the job at all times when the work of the contract is being carried out. 1.9.2 Contractor's site supervisor shall be responsible for communication with the State's representatives and shall meet with the Project Manager at the site on a weekly basis to discuss project status, including any problems, ideas, or concerns related to the project work. 1.9.3 Contractor and its employees shall be subject to all applicable State and Federal statutes and regulations for the conduct of personnel. 1.9.4 The Contractor shall provide adequate supervision of his/her subcontractors and their employees at all times.

  • Construction Manager The individual, partnership, corporation, joint venture, or any combination thereof, or its authorized representative, named as such by the District. If no Construction Manager is used on the Project that is the subject of this Contract, then all references to Construction Manager herein shall be read to refer to District.

  • Construction Management Landlord or its Affiliate or agent shall supervise the Work, make disbursements required to be made to the contractor, and act as a liaison between the contractor and Tenant and coordinate the relationship between the Work, the Building and the Building’s Systems. In consideration for Landlord’s construction supervision services, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a construction supervision fee equal to three percent (3%) of Tenant’s Costs specified in Section 7.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.

  • Contractor’s Contract Manager The Contractor’s Contract Manager, who is primarily responsible for the Contractor’s oversight of the Contract performance, will be identified in a separate writing to the Department upon Contract signing in the following format: Contractor’s Contract Manager Name Contractor’s Name Contractor’s Physical Address Contractor’s Telephone # Contractor’s Email Address If the Contractor changes its Contract Manager, the Contractor will notify the Department.   • Contractor’s Project Manager 7.2.1 The Contractor’s Project Manager is designated in Exhibit F (Contractor’s Administration). The Contractor shall notify the County in writing of any change in the name or address of the Contractor’s Project Manager. 7.2.2 The Contractor’s Project Manager shall be responsible for the Contractor’s day-to-day activities as related to this Contract and shall meet and coordinate with County’s Project Manager and County’s Contract Project Monitor on a regular basis.
