Intersection Improvements. Prior to the issuance of a final certificate of occupancy for the Project, in consultation with the ANC and DDOT Developer will design and construct improvements to the intersection at 43rd Street and Military Road, subject to District Department of Transportation (“DDOT”) approval, which Developer will seek in good faith. With DDOT approval, such improvements shall include installation of a crosswalk on the west leg of Military Road where none currently exists; improvement of all crosswalks at the intersection to be raised pedestrian crossings; and installation of curb extensions on the south side of both Military Road approaches.
Intersection Improvements. This portion of the S.R. 54 Pipeline Project consists of the site-related intersection improvements at S.R. 54 and Tower Road/Xxxxxx Xxxx Boulevard, Ballantrae Boulevard, and Sunlake Boulevard as depicted on Exhibit E. Intersection Improvements. Developer shall design, permit and construct intersection improvements for the intersection of both the Old Tampa Highway (County Road 542) and Airport Road (State Road 572) with the spine road consistent with the requirements set forth in the PUD Approval and as recommended in the 2020 Transportation Analysis, consistent with the City of Lakeland Land Development Code and, where applicable and when signal warrants are met, FDOT and Polk County regulations and permitting requirements. When warranted, Developer shall design, permit and install a traffic signal at the intersection of the internal spine road and Airport Road (State Road 572).
Intersection Improvements. The Redeveloper agrees to make a right of way dedication to the Township and or the State of New Jersey for the realignment of the Xxxxxxxx Road, Madison Avenue and Punch Bowl Road intersection. Intersection Improvements. At full buildout, the intersection of Sunrise Boulevard and Xxxxxxx Road will be a six by six configuration. The construction documents will consider the full buildout condition to situate the traffic signals and underground infrastructure in their ultimate locations. The striping and pavement configuration will be based on the interim four by four intersection configuration with associated tapers to minimize impacts. There are four bridges at the intersection: Xxxxxxx Road over Laguna Creek Bridge, Xxxxxxx Road over Folsom Canal Bridge, Sunrise Boulevard over Laguna Creek Bridge, and bridge north of Xxxxxxx Road over Laguna Creek. All structures will need to be evaluated in conjunction with intersection geometric design, as some structures may need to be reconstructed and/or widened to accommodate the interim four by four or the ultimate six by six intersection configuration. The intersection of Sunrise Boulevard and Xxxxxxx Road is shared 25% City and 75% County. Xxxxxxx Highway is under the jurisdiction of Caltrans, therefore a Caltrans encroachment permit is required to make the intersection improvements. The aesthetics of Sunrise Boulevard should be like the remainder of the corridor. The proposed median landscaping shall match the existing medians between White Rock Road and Folsom Boulevard. The ultimate alignment shall have future electrical duct banks to plan for lighting connections and monument signs at the City limits. Utilities shall be relocated outside of the ultimate six-lane configuration of Sunrise Boulevard. Folsom South Canal, which is under the jurisdiction of the Federal Bureau of Reclamation (USBR), lies west of Sunrise Boulevard and runs parallel to the roadway throughout the project area. An encroachment permit from USBR will be required to accommodate the widening at the north end of project on west side near Xxxxxx Boulevard. Xxxxxxx Road is under the jurisdiction of the Caltrans. As such, the City would need to obtain an encroachment permit from Caltrans to make improvements to the Sunrise Boulevard and Xxxxxxx Road intersection. In addition, this intersection will need to be designed in accordance with Caltrans standards. The City anticipates obtaining grant funds for the Project, so the Consultant shall follow Caltrans LAPM project delivery. The western half of the Sunrise Boulevard and Xxxxxxx Road Intersection and the area south of Xxxxxxx Road are under the jurisdiction of the County. The City in coordination with the Count...

Intersection Improvements. Intersection Improvements shall mean relocation of the existing driveway from Xxxxx 00xx Xxxxxx to the project site. Developer agrees to submit all necessary applications to deviate from City’s Access Management Plan, if required, to the Director of the Department of Public Works in order to conform to Exterior Construction Drawings approved by the Mayor. Redeveloper agrees to design and cause to be installed a new traffic signal at the access point to the project site.

Following completion of the Work, ACP shall cause the Intersection Improvements to be dedicated to, and accepted by, NCDOT. Centerpoint hereby agrees to execute and deliver any documentation required therefor to ACP within five (5) business days after written request therefor, provided such documentation is in form reasonably acceptable to Centerpoint. Upon completion of the Work, as evidenced by: (i) final close out of the construction contract and receipt of final lien waivers from its contractor, and (ii) the dedication of the Intersection Improvements and written acceptance thereof by NCDOT, ACP shall deliver written notice thereof to Centerpoint and Escrow Agent (the “Notice of Completion”).
