ISSUED PROPERTY. 13.1 All Issued Property shall remain the property of the Purchaser and shall be used by the Contractor only for the purposes of the Contract.
13.2 The Contractor shall notify the Purchaser without delay if any Issued Property is not in good condition when received by or on behalf of the Contractor.
13.3 The Contractor undertakes to keep safe custody of Issued Property and to return all Issued Property to the Contractor, with the exception of any Issued Property consumed or incorporated for the purposes of the Contract.
13.4 The Contractor shall indemnify the Purchaser in respect of all losses of or damage to Issued Property (including waste of Issued Property) arising from bad workmanship or negligence of the Contractor) save for any losses or damage resulting from the normal and proper use of Issued Property for the purposes of the Contract.
13.5 The Contractor will return all Issued Property on demand, at any time, and within 7 days of the termination or expiry of the Contract. To the extent that Issued Property includes working papers or other written materials, at the same time as the Contractor returns such Issued Property it shall also return copies it has made of such Issued Property and any other materials of whatsoever nature prepared by the Contractor using the information in such Issued Property.
13.6 Neither the Contractor nor any other party shall have a lien on any Issued Property and the Contractor shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that the title of the Purchaser to and the exclusion of any such lien in respect of Issued Property are brought to the notice of all persons dealing with any Issued Property.
ISSUED PROPERTY. (a) Issued Property will remain the property of XL and will be used only for the purposes of this agreement.
(b) The Supplier will at its own expense be responsible for the safe custody of Issued Property.
ISSUED PROPERTY. 9.1 Issued Property shall remain the property of the Authority whether or not paid for or charged against the Contractor and shall be used in the execution of the Contract and for no other purpose whatsoever, save with the prior Approval of the Authority.
9.2 Upon receipt of Issued Property the Contractor shall subject it to:
9.2.1 a reasonable visual inspection, and
9.2.2 such additional inspection and testing as may be necessary and practicable in order to check that the Issued Property is not defective or deficient for the purpose for which it has been provided.
9.3 Within a reasonable period the Authority shall replace or re-issue Issued Property agreed to be defective.
9.4 The Contractor shall be responsible for the safe custody and due return of all Issued Property.

ISSUED PROPERTY. All monies owing on termination may be withheld pending return by the employee of all issued property to NCR/CVI held by the employee.
ISSUED PROPERTY. 16.1 Issued Property (that is, Government property made available by the Authority to the Contractor for the purposes of this Contract) shall remain the property of the Authority and shall be used in the execution of the Contract and for no other purpose whatsoever, save with the prior Approval of the Authority.
16.2 Upon receipt of Issued Property the Contractor shall subject it to:
(A) a reasonable visual inspection, and
(B) such additional inspection and testing as may be necessary and practicable in order to check that the Issued Property is not defective or deficient for the purpose for which it has been provided.
16.3 Within a reasonable period the Authority shall replace or re-issue Issued Property agreed to be defective.
16.4 The Contractor shall be responsible for the safe custody and due return of all Issued Property.
ISSUED PROPERTY. 14.1 It may be necessary for the Authority to issue certain Government Furnished Assets (GFA) to the Contractor in support of a Task Award. Any such issue shall be in accordance with the provisions of DEFCON 611. Wherever possible these items should be named on the individual Task Award.
14.2 It may be necessary for the Authority to issue to the Contractor an amount of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) in support of the work to be performed under a Task Award. The scope and scale of such issue shall be determined by the Project Manager prior to issue during the period of a Task Award.
14.3 All GFE shall be issued on loan for the period of the Contract and shall be used solely for the execution of any Task Award under the Contract.
14.4 All GFE shall be returned to the Authority on completion of the Task Award it relates to under the Contract.
14.5 It may be necessary for the Authority to issue to the Contractor an amount of Government Furnished Information (GFI) in support of a Task Award. The scope and scale of such issue shall be determined by the Project Manager prior to issue during the period of a Task Award.
14.6 Such GFI may be either Authority owned information or Third Party owned information and is provided to the Contractor only to facilitate performance of any Task Award. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) protects all GFI and the Contractor's obligation to protect the issued GFI is covered by DEFCON 531.
14.7 All GFI shall be issued on loan for the period of the Contract and shall be used solely for the execution of any Task Award under the Contract.
14.8 All GFI shall be returned to the Authority on completion of the Contract.
ISSUED PROPERTY. 40.1 In this clause, “Issued Property” means any item of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) issued or otherwise furnished to the Supplier in connection with the Contract by or on behalf of the Customer.
40.2 The provision of clause 40.6 shall apply to Issued Property which is attached to or carried on board vehicles. The provisions of clauses 40.7 to 40.11 shall apply to all other Issued Property.
40.3 All Issued Property shall remain the property of the Customer. It shall be used in accordance with the provisions of this Contract and for no other purpose without the prior written approval of the Customer.
40.4 Neither the Supplier, nor any Sub-Contractor, nor any other person, shall have a lien on Issued Property, for any sum due to the Supplier, Sub-Contractor or other person, and the Supplier shall take all such steps as may be necessary to ensure that the title of the Customer, and the exclusion of any such lien, are brought to the notice of all Sub-Contractors and other persons dealing with any Issued Property.
40.5 At the Expiry Date or earlier termination of this Contract the Supplier shall return all Issued Property to the Customer in line with the Customer’s reasonable instructions. 40.6 Where the Issued Property is attached to or carried on board vehicles:
40.6.1 the Customer shall remain responsible for its maintenance and safety; and
40.6.2 the Supplier will record Issued Property on each vehicle in its MIS system where notified by the Customer. The Customer shall notify the Supplier of any changes to individual vehicles.] 40.7 Within 10 Working Days of receipt of the Issued Property, or such longer period as may be agreed, the Supplier shall:
40.7.1 check the Issued Property to verify that it corresponds with Issued Property as defined in this Contract;
40.7.2 conduct a reasonable visual inspection; and
40.7.3 conduct any additional inspection and testing as may be necessary and practicable to check that the Issued Property is not defective or deficient for the purpose for which it has been provided; and notify the Customer of any defects, deficiencies and discrepancies discovered.
