The Employee shall obtain and submit a ‘Police Vulnerable Sector Check’ to the satisfaction of the Employer. A background check may be completed prior to the Employee’s first day of employment which may include: an education check, a reference check, and a professional certification check. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of these background checks to the satisfaction of the Employer. The employee shall maintain any qualifications listed below and ensure they are in good standing.
