6.3 The Company may require you, without additional remuneration, to perform such services or to take up any other position than that set out in clause 6.1, including but not limited to any services for or position with an Associated Employer, that the Company considers appropriate provided that any such requirement under this clause 6.3 will not place you in a position in which you would reasonably need to permanently relocate to comply with the requirement.

The Employee agrees to abide by the Employer's rules, regulations, policies and practices, including those concerning work schedules, vacation and sick leave, as they may from time to time be adopted or modified. The Employee shall maintain at all times professional and comprehensive liability insurance against liability arising in connection with provision of applied behaviour analysis services, and will provide annually to the Company a copy of liability insurance. The Employee shall obtain and submit a ‘Police Vulnerable Sector Check’ to the satisfaction of the Employer. A background check may be completed prior to the Employee’s first day of employment which may include: an education check, a reference check, and a professional certification check. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of these background checks to the satisfaction of the Employer. The employee shall maintain any qualifications listed below and ensure they are in good standing.
