Common use of Job Training Program Clause in Contracts

Job Training Program. Should there be no successful applicant to a Job Posting from within or outside the Scope of this Agreement, then the Employer may institute a Job Training Program, to fulfill the need of such Job Posting. Applications will be invited to fulfill the Job Training through a subsequent Job Posting under Article 13. The Parties shall meet and agree upon the length of training once a successful candidate has been selected and it is agreed that a five per cent (5%) reduction to the new hourly rate will apply for the duration of the agreed to training period. Upon agreement between the Parties on length of training, the successful candidate may decline the Job Training Program.

The Parties shall meet and agree upon the length of training once a successful candidate has been selected and it is agreed that a five per cent (5%) reduction appropriate rates of pay prior to the new hourly rate will apply for Employer making any representations on same to the duration of the agreed to training periodsuccessful candidate. Upon agreement Agreement between the Parties on length of trainingtraining and appropriate rate of pay, the successful candidate may decline the Job Training Program.
