Dismissal, Suspension Grievances. The Employer shall only dismiss or discipline an employee for just and reasonable cause. The burden of proof of just and reasonable cause shall rest with the Employer. Grievances concerning dismissal or suspension of an employee may be submitted directly to Step III, Article 10.07, at the option of the grieving Party, within ten (10) working days of the termination or suspension.
