Common use of Jury Duty and Crown Witness Clause in Contracts

Jury Duty and Crown Witness. 12:14 The Company shall continue to pay, and excuse from duty any employee whose absence on any scheduled work day is due to serving on Jury Duty or who has been subpoenaed, as a witness for the Crown in any Court of Law.
