Sectional management is clear in the role of face to face customer access fitting into the overall strategy of access. Achieving these new targets will require the service to adapt to being much extended, which gives staffing resource allocation an even higher profile. We will need to work differently and smarter. With staff able to be flexible to ensure coverage. We will also have to extend training to ensure knowledge and understanding.
