Key Route Corridor Alternatives. Consultant shall develop up to three (3) alternatives each for the Bear Creek Rd and 27th St corridors and one (1) alternative of the trail connection that address the goals and evaluation criteria but vary in their approach and/or emphasis to addressing those goals and evaluation criteria. Alternatives will be packages of concepts identified in Subtask 5.3. The purpose of these alternatives is to facilitate the comparing and contrasting of different approaches, and the resulting tradeoffs associated with different approaches to addressing the corridor improvements. Alternatives will include plan view diagrams, visualizations, photos, preliminary cost estimates, and narrative to support discussion and public review. These alternatives will be evaluated based on the criteria developed in Subtask 5.1 and reviewed with the City, City Councilors, project stakeholders, and the public. Criteria will be weighted based on public and stakeholder feedback. Following this review, Consultant shall propose a recommended alternative, which may be one of the existing alternatives or a modified alternative based on feedback received, available budget, and other considerations specified by City. Up to two (2) Consultant staff shall attend a Council work session on the alternatives. Consultant shall develop a Draft memo for internal City review, then a Revised Draft Memo (based on one (1) consolidated and non-conflicting set of comments provided by City) that will support community outreach. A Final Memo will be developed that responds to community outreach and includes a recommended alternative. The Final Memo will be based on one (1) consolidated and non-conflicting set of comments provided by City. Assumptions: • Work under this task covers Phase 2 of the Project.

  • Dimensions Education Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. Experience: A minimum of 5 years of IT work experience with demonstrated knowledge in architecture design, software development, database management systems and systems integration in multi-platform environments.

  • MANAGEMENT RIGHTS 3.01 The Union acknowledges that all management rights and prerogatives are vested exclusively with the Employer and without limiting the generality of the foregoing; it is the exclusive function of the Employer:

  • Deliverables Upon satisfactory completion of the work authorization, the Engineer shall submit the deliverables as specified in the executed work authorization to the State for review and acceptance.

  • Services FASC agrees to provide to the Adviser the services indicated in Exhibit A to this Agreement (the “Services”).

  • GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE 7.01 For purposes of this Agreement, a grievance is defined as a difference arising between the parties relating to the interpretation, application, administration or alleged violation of the Agreement including any question as to whether a matter is arbitrable.

  • Overtime Overtime will begin to accrue after sixty (60) hours in a two (2) week period averaged over the scheduling period determined by the local parties. Overtime will apply if the employee works in excess of the normal daily hours. Payment for overtime is as in Article 16.01.

  • Bereavement Leave (a) Upon the death of an employee's spouse, spouse to include same sex partner, child or stepchild, an employee shall be granted leave up to a maximum of five (5) continuous calendar days without loss of pay. One of the days of leave shall include the day of the funeral or equivalent service. Additional days off with or without pay may be granted by the Employer. Part-time employees will be credited with seniority and service for all such leave. In the event of a delayed interment or ceremony for reason of religion or other protected grounds under the Ontario Human Rights Code, an Employee may save one of the days identified above without loss of pay to attend the interment or ceremony.

  • Termination for Convenience TIPS may, by written notice to Vendor, terminate this Agreement for convenience, in whole or in part, at any time by giving thirty (30) days’ written notice to Vendor of such termination, and specifying the effective date thereof.

  • Insurance Requirements Vendor agrees to maintain the following minimum insurance requirements for the duration of this Agreement. All policies held by Vendor to adhere to this term shall be written by a carrier with a financial size category of VII and at least a rating of “A‐” by A.M. Best Key Rating Guide. The coverages and limits are to be considered minimum requirements and in no way limit the liability of the Vendor(s). Any immunity available to TIPS or TIPS Members shall not be used as a defense by the contractor's insurance policy. Only deductibles applicable to property damage are acceptable, unless proof of retention funds to cover said deductibles is provided. "Claims made" policies will not be accepted. Vendor’s required minimum coverage shall not be suspended, voided, cancelled, non‐renewed or reduced in coverage or in limits unless replaced by a policy that provides the minimum required coverage except after thirty (30) days prior written notice by certified mail, return receipt requested has been given to TIPS or the TIPS Member if a project or pending delivery of an order is ongoing. Upon request, certified copies of all insurance policies shall be furnished to the TIPS or the TIPS Member. Vendor agrees that when Vendor or its subcontractors are liable for any damages or claims, Vendor’s policy, shall be primary over any other valid and collectible insurance carried by the Member or TIPS. General Liability: $1,000,000 each Occurrence/Aggregate Automobile Liability: $300,000 Includes owned, hired & non‐owned Workers' Compensation: Statutory limits for the jurisdiction in which the Vendor performs under this Agreement. If Vendor performs in multiple jurisdictions, Vendor shall maintain the statutory limits for the jurisdiction with the greatest dollar policy limit requirement. Umbrella Liability: $1,000,000 each Occurrence/Aggregate

  • Holidays The following days are observed as holidays by state agencies in accordance with section 110.117, F.S.: • New Year’s Day • Birthday of Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xx., third Monday in January • Memorial Day • Independence Day • Labor Day • Veterans’ Day, November 11 • Thanksgiving Day • Friday after Thanksgiving • Christmas Day If any of these holidays falls on Saturday, the preceding Friday shall be observed as a holiday. If any of these holidays falls on Sunday, the following Monday shall be observed as a holiday. Customers may have additional holiday(s) observed specifically by the Customer which will be detailed in the Customer’s order.
