Kickoff Meetings. Within 14 calendar days of the Effective Date of the Settlement, Respondent shall schedule an initial kickoff meeting with technical staff, EPA, and other stakeholders to discuss this SOW, project specific requirements and objectives, a site visit, document review needs, and the CSM. EPA will determine the site-specific objectives of the RI and will provide Respondent a strategic approach, per Section 3.6 of this SOW. Within 14 calendar days of the Respondent’s submitting both the Previous Investigation Summary Report (Section 3.1) and the CSM Report (Section 3.3), Respondent shall schedule a second meeting with technical staff, EPA, and other stakeholders to discuss data gaps identified in the Previous Investigation Summary Report and CSM Report, the RIWP, potential sampling and analysis methods, and performance goals. The deliverable after this kickoff meeting will be a project schedule covering the performance of all aspects of the RI/FS and the deliverables outlined under Section 3. The kickoff meetings and systematic planning meetings referenced in Section 5.1(b) will be documented in the QAPP.

Kickoff Meetings. CONSULTANT shall attend a project kickoff meeting with the Public Works/Utilities/Engineering Department to obtain data gathered by CITY and discuss project scope.  CONSULTANT shall attend a project kickoff meeting with the Planning and Zoning Department to obtain population projecting data and other miscellaneous information.
Kickoff Meetings. The County and Consulting Team will hold a kick−off meeting internally with Department Heads and key staff to determine communication protocols, discuss data needs, stakeholder advisory group membership and protocols and confirm overall project approach and schedule. Another kick off meeting will be held with Coastal Commission staff. Results of this will inform a subsequent kick−off meeting with the stakeholder advisory group to be held within 1 month from final contracting.   • Staff Meetings Staff meetings, whether in the store or off the premises, shall be considered as time worked and paid for accordingly, except meal meetings at which the attendance is voluntary. Such meal meetings in excess of three (3) during each Contract year shall be considered as time worked and paid for accordingly.

  • TAC Meetings The goal of this subtask is for the TAC to provide strategic guidance for the project by participating in regular meetings, which may be held via teleconference. • Discuss the TAC meeting schedule with the CAM at the Kick-off meeting. Determine the number and location of meetings (in-person and via teleconference) in consultation with the CAM. • Prepare a TAC Meeting Schedule that will be presented to the TAC members during recruiting.   • Open Meetings (a) All scheduled meetings of the Employer shall be open meetings, except in those cases where personnel, financial or other matters require that the meeting be considered confidential. (b) In those cases where a meeting is designated confidential, the Union shall be provided with a reason for such designation. (c) A designated member of the Union shall be provided a copy of the agenda and minutes of all open meetings. (d) Notwithstanding 18.04(b), any faculty member may request that an Union representative attend as an observer at meetings where the faculty member reasonably believes their working conditions under Article 12 will be affected. Management will be notified by the Union in advance of the meeting regarding their attendance at the meeting.

  • Calling of Meetings A director may, and the secretary or an assistant secretary of the Company, if any, on the request of a director must, call a meeting of the directors at any time.

  • Joint Meetings 10.1(a) Should either party desire to discuss with the other any matter affecting generally the relationship of the parties, a meeting of Union and management representatives shall be arranged upon request of either party. Such meeting shall take place at a time mutually convenient to both parties.   • Public Meetings The Governing Board is subject to and shall comply with the Open and Public Meetings Act, O.C.G.A. § 50-14-1 et seq., and any subsequent amendment thereof. The Governing Board shall conduct regular meetings consistent with principles of transparency and avoidance of actual or apparent conflicts of interest in the governance of the Charter School.

  • Membership Meetings At the request of the Union the University agrees to grant a two (2) hour period twice a calendar year for purposes of a regular membership meeting. The University agrees to grant time off from work without loss of pay to those Employees regularly scheduled to work during that time.

  • GENERAL MEETINGS The Academy Trust shall hold an Annual General Meeting each year in addition to any other meetings in that year, and shall specify the meeting as such in the notices calling it; and not more than fifteen months shall elapse between the date of one Annual General Meeting of the Academy Trust and that of the next. Provided that so long as the Academy Trust holds its first Annual General Meeting within eighteen months of its incorporation, it need not hold it in the year of its incorporation or in the following year. The Annual General Meeting shall be held at such time and place as the Governors shall appoint. All meetings other than Annual General Meetings shall be called General Meetings.

  • Management meetings 31.1 Either the Engineer or the Contractor may require the other to attend a management meeting. The business of a management meeting shall be to review the plans for remaining work and to deal with matters raised in accordance with the early warning procedure. 31.2 The Engineer shall record the business of management meetings and is to provide copies of his record to those attending the meeting and to the Employer. The responsibility of the parties for actions to be taken is to be decided by the Engineer either at the management meeting or after the management meeting and stated in writing to all who attended the meeting.
