Project Kickoff. The Project Consultant shall confer with representatives of the Owner to verify project scope of work and/or confirm the Program (as appropriate to the type of project), consisting of a detailed listing of all functions and spaces together with the square footage of each assignable space, gross square footage, and a description of the relationships between and among the principal programmatic elements. (If the project needs are so unique that a special analysis of the requirements is necessary to establish a more detailed program, such services may be authorized as Supplemental Services).

Project Kickoff. CVRPC will assemble the Planning Team, review the LHMP planning process, and confirm what outreach strategy is desired by the Town. This phase will include a kick off meeting with Town stakeholders. CVRPC will work with the Town to determine outreach methods (survey, public webpage, meetings, etc.). CVRPC engages with each Planning Team member to rank hazards in a table format to provide an easy to understand, quantitative ranking. See image below for a partial example of this table. Following hazard identification, CVRPC will work with the Planning Team to conduct a vulnerability assessment. The purpose of a vulnerability assessment is to identify the extent of each hazard and impacts associated with that hazard, ranging from economic impacts and life safety to infrastructure impacts. Project Kickoff. The DATAMARK team will set up the project for budget management and perform internal project startup tasks. The DATAMARK team will conduct a project kickoff meeting with key Sumter County staff overseeing the project and other stakeholders deemed appropriate for the kickoff meeting by Sumter County to establish a solid understanding of the project goals, timeline, and approach. Team members will be introduced at the kickoff meeting, and their project roles and responsibilities will be defined. The project schedule will be presented, with focus on the dates for key milestones, and the project management approach will be discussed. The DATAMARK team, in partnership with Sumter County, will initiate the project and begin execution of the Scope of Work within 15 business days of receiving a fully executed purchase order and/or fully executed contract, as applicable. Approach The DATAMARK team will outline the project management approach, techniques, and tools. The project management approach adheres to Xxxxxxx Xxxxx’x practices for managing project finances, contracts, operations, and schedule. Consultant will contact City via conference call, or in person to inquire about establishing project expectations and familiarize themselves with city-specific concerns. At the project kick off, Consultant will obtain necessary information and background from City to familiarize Consultant with local conditions and with City’s planning documents. Consultant will also use the kick off to confirm the objectives of the project laid out in this Contract with the City, refine the project schedule established in this Contract with City (meaning add more detail as necessary to the established schedule), and provide necessary information to City to allow City to prepare for the Project.

These would inform future phases of the engagement as key business parameters. • Summarize available algorithms or applications that are designed for specific computer systems • Develop, test and run software, whether based on currently availableopen source or open community’ software, or write and run proprietary software programs. • Develop potential use cases for Client to use the specific, in scope technology • Document ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ state of a specific business service or process, or a specific application eco-system (independent technology stack that supports a business service or process). • Share points of view and development tracks for key vendors in the in-scope technology under review.
