Lavatory and Toilet Facilities. Minimum facilities shall be: (a) One private toilet for each gender. (b) Adequate wash basins, with adequate hot and cold water, not custodial sinks. (c) In any production which has dancers, requires nudity, or requires the use of body make-up, showers separate from other sanitary facilities must be provided. All theatres built after 1970 or renovated after November 2, 1997, must have showers and all showers must have hot and cold running water. (d) Washrooms and toilets must be cleaned at least once each working day. Floors shall be washed or vacuumed at least once each week. Showers as specified in (c) above shall be available for use and cleaned as necessary. (e) Washrooms shall be painted and maintained as necessary. Peeling paint, loose plaster and faulty plumbing shall be repaired upon written notification by Equity as soon as practicable.

  • Parking Facilities Alamo Colleges District shall make the existing parking facilities at the rented Facility available for the vehicular traffic and parking necessitated by the Organization’s Use of the rented Facility, on a non-exclusive basis, as specified at Exhibit A. MAXIMUM CAPACITY. Organization anticipates approximately the number of participants stated at Exhibit A and agrees to inform Alamo Colleges District of any significant changes five (5) business days in advance of a Use. Organization shall not admit a larger number of persons than can safely and freely move about the Facility. Alamo Colleges District shall notify Organization of the recommended capacity of the Facility and all decisions of Alamo Colleges District concerning questions arising under this Paragraph shall be final.

  • Restrooms The restrooms, toilets, urinals, vanities and the other apparatus shall not be used for any purpose other than that for which they were constructed, and no foreign substance of any kind whatsoever shall be thrown therein. LINEN: Brighton provides a mattress cover on all mattresses. Students need to bring their own bedding. All beds are regular twin size. The typical cost for replacing a mattress cover is $25.00. MAINTENANCE: Students are responsible to notify the manager in writing as soon as possible if they notice anything in an apartment that requires repair work or maintenance. (d) Closet/urinal location to be conveniently accessible to Employees, but not so close as to cause a nuisance to those persons. (e) Where necessary, portable water seal toilets of an approved standard are to be provided and regularly serviced. (f) Conveniently accessible closets and urinals are to be distributed every 5th floor on multi storey constructions. (g) Closets and urinals are to be washed daily with disinfectant and kept in clean, hygienic condition. (h) Adequate washing facilities, suitably drained, and wash basins/troughs are to be supplied with hot and cold running water. (i) Soap and towels are to be supplied.

  • Access to Facilities Each of the Company and each of its Subsidiaries will permit any representatives designated by the Purchaser (or any successor of the Purchaser), upon reasonable notice and during normal business hours, at such person's expense and accompanied by a representative of the Company, to: (a) visit and inspect any of the properties of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries; (b) examine the corporate and financial records of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries (unless such examination is not permitted by federal, state or local law or by contract) and make copies thereof or extracts therefrom; and (c) discuss the affairs, finances and accounts of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries with the directors, officers and independent accountants of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries. Notwithstanding the foregoing, neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries will provide any material, non-public information to the Purchaser unless the Purchaser signs a confidentiality agreement and otherwise complies with Regulation FD, under the federal securities laws.
