Lavatory and Toilet Facilities. Minimum facilities shall be:
(a) One private toilet for each gender.
(b) Adequate wash basins, with adequate hot and cold water, not custodial sinks.
(c) In any production which has dancers, requires nudity, or requires the use of body make-up, showers separate from other sanitary facilities must be provided. All theatres built after 1970 or renovated after November 2, 1997, must have showers and all showers must have hot and cold running water.
(d) Washrooms and toilets must be cleaned at least once each working day. Floors shall be washed or vacuumed at least once each week. Showers as specified in (c) above shall be available for use and cleaned as necessary.
(e) Washrooms shall be painted and maintained as necessary. Peeling paint, loose plaster and faulty plumbing shall be repaired upon written notification by Equity as soon as practicable.
Lavatory and Toilet Facilities. (1) Separate sanitary facilities will be provided for male and female Actors. Toilets and lavatories will be clean and sanitary, and will be separate facilities from those provided for the audience.
(2) The Theatre will provide soap, toilet tissue and paper towels.
(3) Sinks with hot and cold running water shall be available in or reasonably convenient to the dressing rooms. "Reasonably convenient to" shall mean within the same building and in the dressing room area.
(4) There shall be showers with hot and cold running water in all theatres where the Actor is required to use body make-up (see Rule 12(D)).
(5) Any walkway between the dressing rooms and toilet facilities shall be masked from the view of the audience.
Lavatory and Toilet Facilities. BOTH Minimum facilities conform to the following conditions in any venue owned or used by the Theatre where the Theatre may make such requests as are reasonable to the length of engagement:
(i) One private toilet which may be shared by all genders.
(ii) Adequate wash basins, with adequate hot and cold water, not custodial sinks.
(iii) In any production which has dancers, requires nudity, or requires the use of body make-up, showers, separate from other sanitary facilities must be provided.
(iv) Washrooms and toilets must be cleaned at least once each working day. Floors shall be washed or vacuumed at least once each week. Showers as specified in 28:07(iii) above shall be available for use and cleaned as necessary.

(vi) The facilities listed above in 28:07(i) must be separate from audience facilities and easily accessible to the Artists at all times.

Lavatory and Toilet Facilities. 1. Sanitary facilities inclusive of all genders will be provided for all Employees. Toilets and lavatories will be clean and sanitary and will be separate facilities from those provided for the audience.
2. PAC NYC will provide adequate soap, toilet tissue, and paper towels and ensure that these items are regularly restocked.
3. Sinks with hot and cold running water shall be available in or reasonably convenient to the dressing rooms. “Reasonably convenient to” shall mean within the same building and in the dressing room area.
4. There shall be showers with hot and cold running water in all theatres where the Employee is required to use body make-up.
5. Any walkway between the dressing rooms and toilet facilities shall be masked from the view of the audience.
6. Toilet facilities, sinks, and showers shall be properly ventilated with exhaust fans. Sensors that include no less than temperature, shall survey these areas at all times.

Lavatory and Toilet Facilities. (1) Each dressing room shall contain at least one washstand which shall provide hot and cold running water for each six Artists assigned therein, within the reasonable requirements of dressing room assignments. Sink stoppers and paper towels must be provided.
(2) Toilet facilities, sinks and showers shall be thoroughly cleaned at least once each day and shall be kept clean, sanitary and maintained in good working order at all times. Toilet paper must be provided. In New York City theatres, these facilities shall be on each dressing room floor, except that, where existing facilities are currently provided on alternate floors, additional facilities will be installed when reasonably feasible. In all other theatres they shall be on each dressing room floor where reasonably feasible.
(3) All theatres shall have safe and inclusive lavatory and showering facilities for all artists, regardless of gender identification.
