LEAD ATTENDANTS. 1) The Lead Attendant will be required to perform a combination of attendant services and administrative tasks relating to the program as identified in the Lead Attendant Assignment Description (listed below) including but not limited to: • Fair division of bookings as per the regular comings and going of consumers and staff • Coverage of sick calls according to the set format for filling shifts • Assisting with training and orientation of new staff • Assisting with the orientation of new consumers • Contacting the on-call supervisor after hours if necessary • Working as part of a team with other Leads, the supervisor, other staff and consumers of the program • Liaising with the supervisor on program issues • Ensuring that supply levels are maintained • Ensuring that staff space and equipment used is kept neat and in good working order • Following all Health and Safety standards and guidelines • Other small administrative tasks as pertain to the schedule or payroll as appropriate

LEAD ATTENDANTS. A Lead Bus Attendant is a twelve (12) month employee whose regular work day is eight (8) hours per day. The Lead Bus Attendant must bid the highest available route at the depot he/she selects. The regular work week of a Lead Bus Attendant shall consist of a forty (40) hour work week of five (5) consecutive days, Monday through Friday. A Lead Bus Attendant shall be eligible for overtime consistent with this Agreement. Subject to the layoff provisions of this Agreement, there shall be three (3) Lead Bus Attendants.

  • First Aid Attendants a) Designated First Aid Attendants shall receive their job rate of pay plus the Ticket Premium rate. All other employees holding valid First Aid Tickets shall receive a premium of five cents (5¢) per hour over and above their job rate. There shall be no stacking or pyramiding of premiums.

  • Court Attendance Any employee covered by this Agreement who may be required to attend any commission, court or hearing, to give evidence in any case, civil or criminal respecting the hotel in which they are employed, shall be compensated at the same hourly rate as called for in this Agreement, with a minimum of four (4) hours pay.

  • First Aid Attendant Employees who take time off at the direction of the Employer to take a recognized Industrial First Aid Program shall not suffer a loss of regular pay.

  • Attendance at Hearings A. Designated Union officials may be granted leave of absence without loss of wages, benefits or other privileges to attend hearings before the Legislature and State agencies concerning matters of importance to the Union and the Employer. Such leave will require prior approval of the CEO.

  • Fingerprinting of Employees The Fingerprinting/Criminal Background Investigation Certification must be completed and attached to this Agreement prior to Consultant’s performing of any portion of the Services.

  • Funeral/Bereavement Leave In the event of death in the immediate family of an employee, the employee will be granted leave of absence with pay, with consideration given to travel time for the purpose of attending the funeral.
