Common use of Leading Hand Allowances Clause in Contracts

Leading Hand Allowances. An employee appointed by their employer to act as a Leading hand shall be paid an additional $10.80 per day for each day worked in the capacity of a Leading hand. This allowance will escalate in the life of this agreement by the same escalation arrangements in clause 7.2.2.

Leading Hand Allowances. An employee appointed by their employer to act as a Leading hand shall be paid an additional $10.80 11.58 per day for each day worked in the capacity of a Leading hand. This allowance will escalate increase in the life of this agreement by the same escalation arrangements in clause 7.2.2accordance with Schedule1.

This allowance will escalate in the life of this agreement by the same escalation arrangements in clause 7.2.27.2.1.
