Common use of Leading Hand Allowances Clause in Contracts

Leading Hand Allowances. An employee appointed by their employer to act as a Leading hand shall be paid an additional $11.58 per day for each day worked in the capacity of a Leading hand. This allowance will increase in accordance with Schedule1.

Leading Hand Allowances. An employee appointed by their employer to act as a Leading hand shall be paid an additional $11.58 10.80 per day for each day worked in the capacity of a Leading hand. This allowance will increase escalate in accordance with Schedule1the life of this agreement by the same escalation arrangements in clause 7.2.2.

This allowance will increase escalate in the life of this Agreement in accordance with Schedule1schedule 1.
