Leaks. Without limiting any other provision of this Agreement, Tenant hereby agrees that it shall be solely responsible for, and in accordance with the provisions of Section 5 agrees to indemnify, defend, protect, and hold Landlord and the “Landlord Parties” (as that term is defined in Article 10 of the Lease) harmless from, any leaks which occur in the roof or roof membrane at or adjacent to the Rooftop Area during the term of this Agreement and during the five (5) year period immediately following the Agreement’s termination, in either case caused by the installation or removal of the Antenna by Tenant.

If your cistern does not function properly, make repairs as soon as possible to prevent more significant problems, or notify your contractor. As the homeowner, you are responsible for repairs to your cistern and its proper function, as well as any damages a faulty system may cause. Leaks. Block walls are designed to allow water to leak through them to relieve hydrostatic pressure. However, if the wall has been engineered with a designated drainage system, water should not leak through the wall in places other than through the designated system. Homeowner is responsible for make sure that drainage systems are not clogged to ensure they are keep in working order. Homeowner is also responsible for maintaining the grade at the top and sides of the wall, so water is diverted away from the wall and the grade does not rise higher than the damp proofing barrier. If water does leak through the wall other than through a designated system, Builder will take the appropriate action to fix the leak.

17.2. If a leak allowance is granted by a Wholesaler which results in a refund, we shall refund you the relevant charges as part of the leak allowance payment.
