Leave in Advance. (a) The Employer may allow an Employee to take annual leave in advance of accrual. (b) Where an Employee remains in annual leave debt upon termination, such amount (including any leave loading paid) may be deducted from any amounts otherwise payable to the Employee upon termination of the employment.
