Unpaid Xxxxx’s leave a) An employee is entitled to unpaid carer’s leave to provide care and support for members of the employee’s immediate family or a member of the employee’s household who need the employee’s care and support when they are ill or injured, or in the case of an unexpected emergency affecting the employee.

Unpaid Xxxxx’s leave an employee is entitled to a period of 2 days unpaid Carer’s Leave for each occasion to provide care or support to a member of the employee’s immediate family or the employee’s household who requires care or support due to a personal illness or injury or an unexpected emergency. An employee can only access unpaid carer’s leave where no other paid personal/carer’s leave is available. The granting of unpaid carer’s leave is subject to the following conditions and limitations:
Unpaid Xxxxx’s leave. In addition to paid Personal/Xxxxx’s Leave, an casual employee and an employee who has exhausted his/her paid Personal/Xxxxx’s Leave entitlements is entitled to up to two days of unpaid Xxxxx’s Leave for each occasion when a member of the employee’s immediate family or household requires his/her care or support because of personal illness or injury or an unexpected emergency. The unpaid leave can be taken in a single unbroken period of up to two days, or if the employee or supervisor agree, in separate periods.
Unpaid Xxxxx’s leave. An employee (including a causal employee) may take up to two (2) days unpaid carer’s leave for each occasion a member of an employee’s immediate family or household requires care or support because of a personal illness or injury, or an unexpected emergency affecting the member if an employee has exhausted an employee’s paid personal leave entitlement.
Unpaid Xxxxx’s leave. An employee is entitled to unpaid carer’s leave to provide care and support for members of the employee’s immediate family or a member of the employee’s household who need the employee’s care and support when they are ill or injured, or in the case of an unexpected emergency affecting the employee. The maximum entitlement of unpaid carer’s leave is 10 days per annum. The employer may require an employee to establish by the production of a medical certificate, the illness or injury of the member of the employee’s immediate family or a member of the employee’s household, and that the illness or injury is such as to require care by the employee. The employer may require an employee to establish by the production of a statutory declaration, the details of the unexpected emergency entailing a member of the employee’s immediate family or a member of the employee’s household and that the emergency is such as to require the care and support by the employee.
Unpaid Xxxxx’s leave. 12.5.1 Unpaid carer’s leave can be taken when the team member’s entitlement to paid personal leave (if any) has been exhausted. Unpaid carer’s leave may be taken as a single, unbroken, period of up to 3 days, or 3 separate periods of 1 day each, or any separate periods totalling 2 days to which BIG W and the team member agree. The 3 days unpaid carer’s leave may be taken per occasion. Unpaid carer’s leave may be extended by agreement with BIG W.
Unpaid Xxxxx’s leave. 13.7 Unpaid carer’s leave of up to two (2) days per occasion may be taken. Unpaid carers leave may only be taken after the Employee has exhausted their paid carers leave entitlement.

Unpaid Xxxxx’s leave. Where an employee has exhausted all paid personal leave entitlements, they are entitled to take unpaid personal leave to care for members of their immediate family or household who are sick and require care and support or who require care due to an unexpected emergency. The employer and the employee shall agree on the period. In the absence of agreement, the employee is entitled to take up to two days (up to a maximum of 16 hours) of unpaid leave per occasion, provided the requirements of 51.8 and 51.9 are met. Casual employees are entitled to unpaid carer’s leave in accordance with clause 32.3
Unpaid Xxxxx’s leave an employee may elect, with the consent of Jesuit Social Services, to take unpaid leave for the purpose of providing care to the family or household member who is ill.
