Levels of Performance. (a) Levels of performance will be based on Key Performance Indicators ("KPI's") attached hereto as Exhibit C. LHSI and Client will have monthly process and performance reviews for the first six months of this Contract. Thereafter, quarterly reviews will be conducted.

Performance standards The LGPS prescribes that certain decisions are taken by either the administering authority or the scheme employer, in relation to the rights and entitlements of individual scheme members. In order to meet these obligations in a timely and accurate manner, and also to comply with overriding disclosure requirements, the Nottinghamshire Local Government Pension Fund should agree levels of performance between itself and the scheme employers which are set out in the service level agreement included in this strategy statement.

Their schools operate at a qualitatively different level, consisting of a community of faculty, with a highly motivated staff, and students are safe to learn. MEETS EXPECTATIONS: The employee clearly understands the concepts underlying the component and implements it effectively. Most experienced, capable employees will regard themselves and be regarded by others as performing at this level.
