Libraries. All Residents have full access to the Biomedical and California Digital Library at no cost. Computer facilities are available, including word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation software. Medical databases and reference searching are provided both by the Biomedical Library and through Information Systems and Solutions, 24 hours daily. Additionally, programs maintain on-site libraries and have computer access.
Libraries. The City does not own a municipal library. A community library is provided by the Dripping Springs Community Library.
Libraries. A. The County will provide and maintain the following reference materials at all Fire and Rescue Stations as designated below, including, but not limited to:
Libraries. At any University which, on the first day of any academic year falling within the term of this Agreement, shall have in its employ six (6) or more librarians who are members of the bargaining unit, the Library shall (but subject, if applicable, to the provisions of Section D(1)(c)(i) of Article VII, and otherwise as the President shall have determined after consultation with the librarians) be constituted and be deemed to be a program area. At any library so constituted, the President shall designate one among the librarians who are members of the bargaining unit to discharge, during such academic year, those responsibilities, including, without limitation, the conduct of evaluations, which are required by the provisions of Section A of this Article VI to be performed by a Department Chair and which are relevant and appropriate to the conduct of affairs within the library. The librarian so designated by the President shall be known as the Library Program Area Chair. Upon the recommendation of the Vice President and where circumstances so require, the President may grant a reduction in the workload of a Library Program Area Chair commensurate with the duties performed as such. At such Universities, the librarians shall review and make recommendations concerning policies applicable to the operation of the library after consultation with the Library Director. Such recommendation shall be submitted in writing to the Library Director and the Vice President. The members of such library program area shall consider such recommendations and suggestions as the Vice President, the Library Director or the Library Program Area Chair may from time to time submit for consideration. Not less than once each semester the Vice President, the Library Director and the Library Program Area Chair shall meet and confer to facilitate the operation of the library, which the parties recognize to be an essential professional service and resource of the University. At those Universities at which there are fewer than six (6) professional librarians so employed on the first day of any academic year during the term of this Agreement, there shall be created a Library Policies Committee which shall consist at such University of all such librarians except the Library Director. The Committee shall elect a chair who shall convene their meetings and shall convey to the Vice President and the Library Director the recommendations and suggestions of the committee concerning policies applicable to...
Libraries. Library facilities may be used by any staff member upon presentation of a current Staff ID card. The card may be updated or obtained from the ID Centre, 400 University Centre, 474-9428.

Libraries. To pay the Libraries Contribution to the County Council prior to the first Occupation of the first Dwelling and not to Occupy or permit Occupation of any Dwelling until the Libraries Contribution has been paid to and received by the County Council in accordance with this Agreement.
Libraries. Adjuncts shall have equal access as core faculty to the University’s library services, including research databases and online services.

Subject to the rules, rates and other policies that apply to students and staff of the University, students and employees of UTS shall be entitled to access and use all University libraries, including access to and use of the University’s library system and its databases, media and print collections, cataloguing system (SIRSI - Workflows), and training and staff support services.
Libraries. The Xxxxxx County Library system currently provides library services to the Manitou PAA, and would continue to provide library services upon the area’s annexation to the City. In addition, the Tacoma Library System would provide library services to the area as well.
