List of Association Representatives. The Association will furnish the Employer with the names of its authorized representatives and members of its grievance committees, and such changes as may occur from time to time in such personnel, so that the Employer may at all times be advised as to the authority of the individual representatives of the Association with which it may be dealing. The Employer will, in return, keep the Association advised as to its representatives.
List of Association Representatives. The Association will provide the Superintendent's office with a list containing the names and addresses of Association Representatives not later than June 1 of each year.

An employee will not be 40 recognized as a representative, or accorded the rights of a representative as provided in this 41 Agreement, unless such written notice has been provided by the Association to the University’s 42 chief human resource officer. If problems arise regarding Association Representative authorized 43 activities in representing employees, the Association agrees to discuss the problem with the 44 University. 45
