List of Association Representatives. The Association will provide the Superintendent's office with a list containing the names and addresses of Association Representatives not later than June 1 of each year.
List of Association Representatives. The Association will furnish the Employer with the names of its authorized representatives and members of its grievance committees, and such changes as may occur from time to time in such personnel, so that the Employer may at all times be advised as to the authority of the individual representatives of the Association with which it may be dealing. The Employer will, in return, keep the Association advised as to its representatives.
List of Association Representatives. The Association shall provide the University 36 with a list of the names of authorized Association Representatives with duty location and worksite 37 representation responsibility, and shall update those lists in writing to the University’s chief human 38 resource officer or designee within five (5) work days of any changes. An employee will not be 39 recognized as a representative, or accorded the rights of a representative as provided in this 40 Agreement, unless such written notice has been provided by the Association to the University’s 41 chief human resource officer. If problems arise regarding Association Representative authorized 42 activities in representing employees, the Association agrees to discuss the problem with the 43 University. 44 45 (C) 46
