Any Flight Attendant commuting to an assignment must list themselves on flights accessible for listing via “FLY”, the Company’s employee travel system, including the airline industry non- revenue travel sites xx00xxxxxx.xxx and/or xxxxxxxxxx.xxx. The Flight Attendant must be listed on an appropriate flight, not more than seventy-two (72) but not less than twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the scheduled departure time for the flight they expect to use to commute to work. This flight is designated by the Flight Attendant as their primary flight.

Listing for Travel a. A commuting flight attendant must be listed as a non-revenue passenger in the airline computer reservation system(s) on flights that the commuting flight attendant plans to use to travel to report for her assigned duty. Such listing is the sole responsibility of the commuting flight attendant. As a minimum, a flight attendant must list a primary and a backup flight for travel, each of which: i. has adequate seats (at least fifteen percent on aircraft with 76 or fewer seats or at least ten percent on aircraft with 77 or more seats (percentages will be rounded up to the nearest whole number)) available for sale to the public within 24 hours of the flight attendant’s assigned report time or beginning of her reserve on-call period; ii. has reasonable weather for the route of flight and at the arrival and departure airports; and, iii. is scheduled to arrive at the airport where she is assigned to commence her assigned duty at least one (1) hour before her assigned report time or beginning of her reserve on-call period. iv. In instances where a closely-located alternative airport and ground transportation will be utilized (e.g., DCA to IAD or LGA to EWR) to arrive for the assigned duty, the alternative airport’s location and ground travel conditions must allow the flight attendant adequate time to report at least one (1) hour before the assigned report time or beginning of the assigned reserve on-call period. v. Flight attendants may elect to use jumpseat privileges for primary and/or back-up flights on which they are listed, but they must still meet all the other criteria of this commuter policy, including but not limited to, the requirements of Section A.1.d.i.(a)-(d). vi. A flight attendant using jumpseat privileges to comply with this commuter policy must provide jumpseat forms, boarding passes, or PNR records that prove that the flight attendant was present for and listed to utilize the jump seat privileges. b. The Company will provide a list of carriers for whom the Company has direct access to their computer reservation system. If the Company does not have direct access to the computer reservation system, it is the commuting flight attendant’s responsibility to provide documentary proof from the carrier of listing in accordance with this policy.
Listing for Travel a. Any pilot commuting to an assignment must be listed in the computer reservation system as a non-revenue passenger. Such listing for flights shall be the sole responsibility of the pilot. The pilot must be listed on an appropriate flight not more than 48 hours but not less than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled departure time for the flight he expects to use to commute to work. This flight is designated by the pilot as his primary flight. b. Pilots may only list for travel on flights that have seats available for sale to the public during the time period described in 3.a. c. The primary flight on which the pilot elects to list must be scheduled to arrive at the airport where he is assigned to commence his trip no later than one hundred eighty (180) minutes in advance of his show time. There must also be at least one secondary flight scheduled to depart from the same airport later than the primary flight on which he is listed. This back-up flight must be scheduled to arrive no later than ninety (90) minutes prior to his show time. d. Pilots may elect to use jumpseat privileges for the primary and back-up flights on which they are listed and when doing so will be considered to have complied with the provisions of this section.

  • Funding for Training (a) In furtherance of the objectives of clause 33 hereof, and as a further initiative to enhance the employment and career opportunities of the Employees, the Parties to this Agreement will continue to facilitate on- going training to improve OHS in the industry and to improve Employees’ work skills so as to advance progression to higher industry skill levels. (b) To support the cost of these training initiatives the Employer will make a payment per Employee per week as per the table below. (d) The liability of the Employer to pay for the cost of training courses they approve in accordance with clauses 15.8 and 33, will be met by the making of the contributions on behalf of each Employee as required by this clause.

(c) Each certificate representing Warrant Shares shall bear a legend substantially in the following form: "The securities represented by this certificate have not been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and may not be offered, sold or otherwise transferred, pledged or hypothecated unless and until such securities are registered under such Act or an opinion of counsel satisfactory to the Company is obtained to the effect that such registration is not required." The foregoing legend shall be removed from the certificates representing any Warrant Shares, at the request of the holder thereof, at such time as they become eligible for resale pursuant to Rule 144(k) under the Act.

  • Subcontracting for the Provision of Services (a) The parties acknowledge that, subject to the provisions of the Enabling Legislation, the HSP may subcontract the provision of some or all of the Services. For the purposes of this Agreement, actions taken or not taken by the subcontractor, and Services provided by the subcontractor, will be deemed actions taken or not taken by the HSP, and Services provided by the HSP. (b) When entering into a subcontract the HSP agrees that the terms of the subcontract will enable the HSP to meet its obligations under this Agreement. Without limiting the foregoing, the HSP will include a provision that permits the Funder or its authorized representatives, to audit the subcontractor in respect of the subcontract if the Funder or its authorized representatives determines that such an audit would be necessary to confirm that the HSP has complied with the terms of this Agreement. (c) Nothing contained in this Agreement or a subcontract will create a contractual relationship between any subcontractor or its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, affiliates or volunteers and the Funder.   • SERVICE REQUIREMENTS FOR REFERRED CLIENTS A. Agent agrees to respond to any communications from a Referred Client within two (2) hours after receipt if such communication is received between 9:00am to 5:00pm local time. For communications received outside of these hours, Agent agrees to respond by 10:00am the next day. B. Agent agrees to update XXXX.xxx with status updates within 48 hours after initial communication with a Referred Client and upon every significant status change until closing or abandoned. Updates shall be made by Agent via email to xxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxx. C. Vacations or extended absences shall be reported, with length of pause, to XXXX.xxx via email to D. Agent will not add Referred Client to any email list or calling list without the express permission of Referred Client. E. If Agent is contacted by a Referred Client that Agent is unwilling or unable to assist, Agent shall direct such Referred Client back to XXXX.xxx for assistance and notify XXXX.xxx at xxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxx. Agent agrees that XXXX.xxx has no obligation to provide Agent with any number of referrals and that prospective clients are free to select the agent they wish to work with for any particular real estate transaction.

  • Eligibility Requirements for Trustees The Trustee hereunder shall at all times be (i) an institution insured by the FDIC, (ii) a Corporation organized and doing business under the laws of the United States of America or of any state, authorized under such laws to exercise corporate trust powers, having a combined capital and surplus of not less than $50,000,000 and subject to supervision or examination by federal or state authority and (iii) acceptable to the Rating Agencies. If such Corporation publishes reports of condition at least annually, pursuant to law or to the requirements of any aforementioned supervising or examining authority, then for the purposes of this Section 8.06, the combined capital and surplus of such Corporation shall be deemed to be its combined capital and surplus as set forth in its most recent report of condition so published. The Delaware Trustee hereunder shall at all times have its principal place of business in the State of Delaware and shall satisfy the applicable requirements under the laws of the State of Delaware authorizing it to act as the Delaware trustee of the Trust. In case at any time the Trustee or the Delaware Trustee shall cease to be eligible in accordance with the provisions of this Section 8.06, such trustee shall resign immediately in the manner and with the effect specified in Section 8.07.

  • Time for Compliance Consultant shall not commence work under this Agreement until it has provided evidence satisfactory to the City that it has secured all insurance required under this section. In addition, Consultant shall not allow any subconsultant to commence work on any subcontract until it has provided evidence satisfactory to the City that the subconsultant has secured all insurance required under this section. Failure to provide and maintain all required insurance shall be grounds for the City to terminate this Agreement for cause.
