Travel Conditions. The Employer shall consult with the employee whose duties require them to be absent from their headquarters for extended periods, and subject to operational requirements, shall allow the employee to travel at a time convenient to the employee.

Receipts shall not be required for expense categories currently paid without receipts within British Columbia. Types and amounts of receipted expenses that will be reimbursed outside the province will be pre-authorized.

Travel Conditions. When traveling at the request of the Academy, unit members employed at the Academy shall be provided reasonable advance notice. If traveling at the request of the Academy a distance greater than five hundred (500) miles, the Academy shall make arrangements for travel by air.

Travel Conditions. 5.1 Participant hereby agrees (a) to accept such lodgings, accommodations, food, drinks, transportation and other amenities as are made available or provided or arranged for by WORLD REACH and the other participants of the Missions Project, and (b) to indemnify, to hold-harmless, and to release WORLD REACH against any liability for injury or damage to Participant resulting from the condition of, defect in, or deficiency in, any said lodging, accommodation, food, drinks, or transportation.
5.2 Participant understands and agrees that WORLD REACH does not represent or serve as agent for and cannot control the acts or omissions of transportation carriers, hotels and other suppliers of goods and/or services in connection with the Missions Project.
Travel Conditions. Employees shall be credited with all time used during their day’s assignments in which traveling is authorized, except as follows: Employees traveling on a common carrier on a work day when no work is done shall be credited with all time used at basic (straight time) rate, with a maximum credit of twelve (12) hours in any one day computed as follows:
a) When the employee departs from home, from four (4) hours before the departure of the common carrier to the time of arrival of the common carrier at the final destination for international flights and three (3) hours for domestic flights.
b) When the employee departs from his/her normal place of employment to travel on a common carrier, from the time the employee reported to his/her normal place of employment to the time of arrival of the common carrier at the final destination.
c) When the employee departs from a place of lodging when on an out- of-town assignment, from one (1) hour before the departure of the common carrier to the time of arrival of the common carrier at the final destination. It is understood that travel on a day off shall be regarded as work on a day off and shall be calculated using (a), (b) and (c) above and shall be received in equivalent time off on an hour for hour basis.

Travel Conditions. The Engager agrees to take all reasonable steps in an effort to obtain performance conditions for performances outside of the city of origin in accordance with Article 20:00 (Safe and Sanitary Places of Engagement) of this Agreement. The Engager further agrees to provide all organizations or individuals with whom it has contracted to present a touring production with a copy of the requirements specified in Article 20:00 and an explanation of their importance.
