Loan of Employees. The Employer will not lend the services of an employee covered by this Agreement, or cause such services to be loaned, except that in order to meet an emergency situation, the Employer may lend employees’ services to any other electric utility. An employee shall be considered loaned when either of the following criteria is met:
Loan of Employees. The Municipality shall not loan, or cause to be loaned, to any other employer the members of the Union in its employ without first securing permission of the Union representative.
Loan of Employees. In the event the loan of employees becomes justified under the conditions heretofore described, the Employer will notify the Business Manager or other authorized representatives of the Union prior to dispatching such employees on loan or, if the emergency is urgent, as soon thereafter as practicable.
