In the event we obtain the above-described insurance, you will be required to pay us an additional amount each month for the insurance premium and an administrative fee. You agree that we, or one of our affiliates, may make a profit in connection with the insurance we obtain. The cost may be more than the cost of obtaining your own insurance. The insurance we obtain (1) will not name you as an insured, additional insured, or loss payee; (2) will not provide you with liability insurance; (3) may not pay any claim that you make; (4) will not pay any claim made against you; and (5) may be cancelled by us at any time.
