Visitors and employees must be treated with respect at all times. c. Like employees, Hosts are expected to refrain from taking a stance on any controversial subject while representing Virginia State Parks. d. Uniforms are to be worn unaltered and should have a clean and professional appearance.

Maintain Professionalism. Act as a role model by demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and good sportsmanship. Show respect for players, parents, officials, and opposing teams. Players Tardiness to practice or games, minor uniform violations, minor disrespect towards coaches, teammates, or teachers. Verbal warning, extra conditioning, contact parents/guardians Parents/ Guardians Disruptive behavior at games or practices, failure to adhere to team communication protocols, late pickup, minor disagreements with coaching decisions, or violation of 1 parent’s contract. Parents/ Guardians Threatening behavior towards coaches, players, or officials, physical altercations with other parents or officials, undermining coaching staff or team unity, violation of 3 or more parent’s contracts. Criminal behavior at games or team events, harassment or intimidation of players, coaches, or officials, spreading false rumors, or damaging the team's reputation. Meeting with school administration and athletic director, written warning, potential ban from attending all Centennial Academy games or events. Legal action, permanent ban from school premises, potential legal repercussions depending on the severity of the offense.
Maintain Professionalism. External communications must not be inflammatory, harassing, defamatory or disruptive to their companies, organisations or individuals, or otherwise reflect poorly on NAIT’s reputation or image. Personal opinions addressed to public groups, government officials, or other companies and organisations on the Internet from a NAIT employee who identifies him/herself as a NAIT employee or personal opinions transmitted using NAIT facilities must include the following disclaimer:

  • Professionalism The Engineer shall perform the services it provides under the contract: (1) with the professional skill and care ordinarily provided by competent engineers practicing under the same or similar circumstances and professional license and (2) as expeditiously as is prudent considering the ordinary professional skill and care of a competent engineer.

  • Professional Dues The school district will pay the annual dues for the Superintendent’s membership in the following organizations: Nebraska Council of School Administrators (NCSA), The School Superintendents Association (AASA), and any other membership dues requested by the Superintendent and approved by the Board.

  • PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR Teachers are expected to comply with rules, regulations, and directions from time to time adopted by the Board or its representatives which are not inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, provided that a teacher may reasonably refuse to carry out an order which threatens physical safety or well-being or is professionally demeaning.

  • Insurers The Contractor shall obtain insurance from insurance companies identified as an admitted insurer/carrier in the State of Washington, with a Best’s Reports’ rating of B++, Class VII, or better. Surplus Lines insurance companies will have a rating of A-, Class VII, or better.

  • Health Overcoming or managing one’s disease(s) as well as living in a physically and emotionally healthy way;

  • Care If you will be traveling and know that you will require follow‐up care for an exist­ ing condition, contact 1‐800‐810‐BLUE. You will be given the names and addresses of nearby participating Physicians that you can contact to arrange the necessary follow‐up care. (Examples of follow‐up care include removal of stitches, removal of a cast, Physical Therapy, monitoring blood tests, and kidney dialysis.)

  • Health and Hospitalization Insurance Single Coverage: The District shall contribute a sum not to exceed $8180 per year toward the premium for individual coverage for each full-time employee employed by the District who qualifies for and is enrolled in single cov- erage in the School District’s group health and hospitalization insurance plan. Any additional cost of the premium shall be borne by the employee and paid by payroll deduction.

  • Medical There shall be an open enrollment period for medical coverage in each year of this Agreement. An employee may elect no medical coverage during any open enrollment period. An employee who has elected no medical coverage may elect medical coverage during an open enrollment period. No pre-existing condition limitations will apply.

  • Preventive Care This plan covers preventive care as described below. “
