MAINTAINANCE. For maintainance of properties we use local companies at competitive rates. Normally, unless agreed with the landlord, we will arrange for any repairs up to the value of the ‘Float’ to be carried out. For expenditure in excess of this, the Agent would normally request authorisation in advance, although it is agreed that in an emergency or for reasons of contractual necessity where reasonable attempts have been made to contact the landlord, the Agent may reasonably exceed the limits specified.
MAINTAINANCE. 6.1 The Service Provider shall be responsible for any and all maintenance required by the municipality in respect of the equipment for the duration of this agreement. Any such required maintenance shall be performed at the location where the Municipality is using the equipment.
6.2 The Municipality shall not remove, alter, disfigure the equipment and shall ensure that the equipment is not subjected to careless, unusually and rough usage.
6.3 The Service Provider agrees to provide the following at its expense:
i. All toner, spares or other products that are necessary and/or required for proper and efficient operation of the Equipment.
ii. Service, maintenance and repairs, including all labour and parts that may be required to keep the equipment in good operating condition within a 7(seven) day period from the time that such equipment / hardware reaches Dido Digital Documents (Pty) Ltd offices.
MAINTAINANCE. A. At the conclusion of each practice and game throughout the Season BJT shall remove any debris left by BJT and its participants from the Practice/Game Facilities. During the Season, BJT shall be responsible for repairing any damage caused to the Practice/Game Facilities due to BJT’s use. Within thirty (30) days of the conclusion of the Season, BJT shall restore the Practice/Game Facilities to the condition in which they existed prior to BJT’s use at the beginning of the Season. BJT agrees to provide maintenance on the Practice/Game Facilities upon reasonable request by the District or its representatives.
B. During the Calendar year, BJT shall keep its Storage Facilities in good condition at all times and shall ensure that the Storage Facilities are locked and/or properly secured. BJT shall bear sole responsibility for the maintenance and repair of its Storage Facilities at all times, even if BJT and its participants are not otherwise present to use the Practice Facilities. The District accepts no responsibility for the condition or maintenance of the Storage Facilities, BJT’s equipment or anything stored within. BJT agrees to provide maintenance on the Storage Facilities upon reasonable request by the District or its representatives.
C. To the extent that BJT requires use of the parking lot at the old Xxxxx Middle School and Xxxxx High School for coaches parents, or other spectators, BJT shall be responsible for removing any debris left in the parking lot by its coaches, parents, spectators, or participants, and shall restore the parking lot to the condition in which it existed prior to BJT’s use at the beginning of each practice or game.
D. During the course of the BJT season, as defined herein, BJT shall reimburse the actual costs of the District to mow and fertilize the practice facilities. The practices estimate that the actual costs will be approximately four hundred ($400.00) per season.
MAINTAINANCE. Keeping the Road Agency and Road Maintenance Fund on a solid footing will be critical to the sustainability of the Roads and Bridges Activity. MCC will monitor these reforms, supported by the World Bank. It is intended that the Government will undertake with the World Bank an early assessment of the efficiency of the institutional arrangements conducted pursuant to the World Bank Roads Sector Support Program. The satisfactory completion of this capacity building through the World Bank program and establishment and adequate funding of the Road Maintenance Fund will be conditions precedent to certain MCC Disbursements.
MAINTAINANCE. Upgrades The Customer will be granted, for the duration of the Licensing Agreement: Free maintenance and upgrades to the VidiReports and VidiReports-Demo software, by download of the latest available version from VidiSupport, as such are released by QUIVIDI. Free maintenance and upgrades to the VidiCenter and VidiSupport services, as such are released by QUIVIDI. Support The Customer will be granted customer support for the duration of the Licensing Agreement: Free email support 2 business days after sending requests for such support by email to xxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx. Business days are defined as being Monday – Friday, 9AM-6PM GMT+1, with the exception of French public holidays, of which a list shall be provided by QUIVIDI to the Customer in conjunction with the execution of this Agreement by QUIVIDI. Correction of blocking errors forbidding the operation of the Software or the Online Service, by delivery of an updated version of said Software or Online Service within 2 business days of the Customer providing QUIVIDI with notice of such blocking error or similar error. QUIVIDI will only provide the above-mentioned support and upgrades to individuals and/or entities that are affiliated with the Customer and not to any third party.
MAINTAINANCE. User agrees to pay the maintenance fee (Extended Support Service) for the License, obtained by this Agreement each year (starting 1 year after the initial installation), till the termination of this Agreement. The yearly maintenance fee is calculated as 15% of the value of the License.
MAINTAINANCE. To assist and advise the Trustees on the maintenance of the common property. If the Trustees require periodic inspections of the building, the Managing Agents will recommend a suitable professional firm to do so, at the cost of the Body Corporate. To negotiate, on behalf of the Trustees, with: professional persons, firms, or other organisations, for the drawing up of specifications for maintenance and repair contracts pertaining to the common property; and outside contractors to do work or perform services on behalf of the Body Corporate. To, at an additional fee, arrange for all meter readings and the processing thereof on a monthly basis, including the preparation of meter reading schedules for each unit. It is specifically recorded that it shall not be the duty of the Managing Agent to supervise work done on the common property and work done by employees of the Body Corporate and that the Trustees need arrange such supervision. MAINTAINANCE. All cost for maintaining, operating, replacing, white-washing, painting, decorating, redecorating, re-building, re-constructing, lighting and renovating the common portions as described in the schedule herein in respect of the said building including the exterior or interior but not inside any apartment.
