Maintenance of Classroom Control Discipline. A. When, in the judgment of a teacher/Ed Tech, a student requires the attention of the principal, assistant principal, a counselor, psychologist, physician, or other specialist, he/she shall so inform his/her principal or immediate supervisor. The principal or immediate supervisor shall arrange as soon as possible for a conference among himself, the teacher/Ed Tech, and possibly an appropriate specialist to discuss the problem and to decide upon appropriate steps for its resolution.

  • CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITY FOR SYSTEM AGENCY’S TERMINATION COSTS If the System Agency terminates the Contract for cause, the Contractor shall be responsible to the System Agency for all costs incurred by the System Agency and the State of Texas to replace the Contractor. The policies shall also apply at all times and places in circumstances where failing to apply this policy may affect the health, safety or wellbeing of a member of the School community or a member of the public, have repercussions for the orderly running of the School or bring the School into disrepute.
