Management Pilots. 6.1. If a Management Pilot undertakes Flying Duties they will be given a position on the Group Date of Joining (GDOJ) List which is determined by their date of commencement of employment, or the date that the Management Pilot commenced Flying Duties if that is later. 6.2. While this Agreement does not apply to Management Pilots at Virgin Australia, Management Pilots will participate in the GDOJ List and are able to return to a Check, Training or Line Pilot position. Where this occurs, the Pilot will be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and their position on the GDOJ List will be recognised for all purposes. 6.3. Management Pilots are eligible to bid for and be Awarded any Pilot position in accordance with the provisions of the promotion and base transfer system in accordance with the GDOJ List whilst employed under a management contract. 6.4. A Management Pilot may be Awarded a line flying position (rank, base, fleet) covered by this Agreement as follows: (a) the line position (rank, base, fleet) held at the time the Management Pilot transitioned to a management contract; or (b) the line position (rank, base, fleet) the Management Pilot held at the time of merging the relevant Pilot list into the GDOJ List; or (c) a line position (rank, base, fleet) Awarded during the tenure in management that the Management Pilot has bid for and has been Awarded in accordance with the GDOJ List and selection provisions of this Agreement; or (d) a line position (rank, base, fleet) commensurate with the Pilot’s position on the GDOJ List. 6.5. Should a Management Pilot bid for and be Awarded, in accordance with seniority and the selection process, a different position (rank, base, fleet) during their tenure in a management role, the Management Pilot is not obligated to transition to that role if the currently held management position does not allow this. However, that role will be Awarded and should the Management Pilot subsequently relinquish their management role at a later date for any reason, they will be entitled to hold that position. The transition of the Management Pilot to a Line Pilot role will not result in the Displacement of an existing Pilot.

Management Pilots. Only Pilots on the Air Canada Pilots’ System Seniority List may hold Management Pilot positions with the Company. A Pilot posted to Management Pilot duty will retain and continue to accrue seniority, provided such Pilot maintains at all times the airman's certificate or certificates required for his status. If such Pilot will permit such certificate or certifi- xxxxx to lapse, he will retain the seniority already accrued to the time of such lapse and will have a period not to exceed one year in which to regain such specified certificate or certificates. If he does so regain such specified certificate or certifi- xxxxx within one year, his seniority will recommence to accrue from the date his certificate or certificates are so regained. When a Pilot is posted to Management Pilot duty on account of sickness or injury or becomes sick or injured while on such duty, he will retain his seniority during such period of sickness or injury regardless of whether or not he is able to maintain his airman's certificate or certificates required for his status, until he is able to return to flying duty or is found to be unfit for such duty for a continuous period of 3 years unless extended by mutual agreement between the Company and ACPA.
Management Pilots. 22.1 Management Pilots shall be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement unless otherwise specified herein. 22.2 Nothing in this Agreement shall restrict the Company’s rights to transfer employees to non-flying, Supervisory, or Management duties with their concurrence or the right to withdraw employees from such non-flying, Supervisory, or Management duties. 22.3 A Pilot returning from Managerial, non-flying or Supervisory duties will be able to return to line flying in the Status his seniority will allow him to hold as specified in Article 11.
Management Pilots. 14.1.1 Nothing in this Agreement shall restrict the Company’s rights to transfer Pilots to management duties with their concurrence or the right to withdraw Pilots from such management duties. 14.1.2 A Pilot returning from managerial duties shall be able to return to line flying in the base/status/ equipment where vacancies had occurred while he was in management, and that his seniority would have allowed him to hold. Otherwise he shall return to his previously held base/status/equipment. 14.1.3 A management Pilot may perform flying duties as required by the Company up to a maximum of one hundred and twenty (120) flight hours in a ninety (90) consecutive Calendar Day period and not more than three hundred and fifty (350) flight hours in a calendar year, exclusive of training. Any hours in excess of this shall require the consent of the Association, which shall not be unreasonably withheld. Information as to hours flown by management Pilots shall be made available, upon request, to the Association. 1.1.4 Management Pilots may displace non-management Pilots after flying has been scheduled. A non- management Pilot who is so displaced shall not be subject to reassignment by the Company and shall receive full flight/duty credit for the said flight.
Management Pilots. The Company may transfer a Pilot(s) to non-flying or management duties with their concurrence or may withdraw a Pilot(s) from non-flying or management duties.
Management Pilots. Nothing contained in this Agreement will prevent a management pilot being reappointed by Xxxxxx Xxxx to a check and training or line operations position. In these circumstances, the pilot will be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement including where applicable reinstatement of original date of joining for the purposes of this Agreement.

Management Pilots. All pilots shall be eligible to apply for management positions with DELTAv. It is requested that only pilots able to fill a position for at least 6 months apply. Applicants should ensure they meet the knowledge and time requirements for the position they are applying for. Applicants will be interviewed by a panel including the CEO or COO. The company reserves the right to chose only candidates they feel are right for the position, regarless of seniority. The company reserves the right to remove any staff member for any reason. DELTAv Management Pilots are entitled to a monthly override of v$2500.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Traffic Management 9.2.1 During the Operating Period, Developer shall be responsible for the general management of traffic on the Project. Developer shall manage traffic so as to preserve and protect safety of traffic on the Project and Related Transportation Facilities and, to the maximum extent practicable, to avoid disruption, interruption or other adverse effects on traffic flow, throughput or level of service on the Project and Related Transportation Facilities. Developer shall conduct traffic management in accordance with all applicable Technical Provisions, Technical Documents, Laws and Governmental Approvals, and in accordance with the Traffic Management Plan. 9.2.2 Developer shall prepare and submit to TxDOT and the Independent Engineer for TxDOT approval a Traffic Management Plan for managing traffic on the Project and Related Transportation Facilities after the commencement of traffic operations on any portion of the Project, addressing (a) orderly and safe movement and diversion of traffic on Related Transportation Facilities during Project construction, (b) orderly and safe movement of traffic on the Project and (c) orderly and safe diversion of traffic on the Project and Related Transportation Facilities necessary in connection with field maintenance and repair work or Renewal Work or in response to Incidents, Emergencies and lane closures. Developer shall prepare the Traffic Management Plan according to the schedule set forth in the Technical Provisions. The Traffic Management Plan shall comply with the Technical Provisions and Technical Documents concerning traffic management and traffic operations. Developer shall carry out all traffic management during the Term in accordance with the approved Traffic Management Plan. 9.2.3 Developer shall implement the Traffic Management Plan to promote safe and efficient operation of the Project and Related Transportation Facilities at all times during the course of any construction or operation of the Project and during the Utility Adjustment Work. 9.2.4 TxDOT shall have at all times, without obligation or liability to Developer, the right 9.2.4.1 Issue Directive Letters to Developer regarding traffic management 9.2.4.2 Provide on the Project, via message signs or other means consistent with Good Industry Practice, non-Discriminatory traveler and driver information, and other public information (e.g. amber alerts), provided that the means to disseminate such information does not materially interfere with the functioning of the ETCS.

  • Classroom Management The certificated classroom teacher demonstrates in his/her performance a competent level of knowledge and skill in organizing the physical and human elements in the educational setting.

  • Management, Ownership The Company shall not materially change its ownership, executive staff or management without the prior written consent of the Secured Party. The ownership, executive staff and management of the Company are material factors in the Secured Party's willingness to institute and maintain a lending relationship with the Company.

  • Utilization Management Contractor shall maintain a utilization management program that complies with applicable laws, rules and regulations, including Health and Safety Code § 1367.01 and other requirements established by the applicable State Regulators responsible for oversight of Contractor.

  • Transportation Management Tenant shall fully comply with all present or future programs intended to manage parking, transportation or traffic in and around the Building, and in connection therewith, Tenant shall take responsible action for the transportation planning and management of all employees located at the Premises by working directly with Landlord, any governmental transportation management organization or any other transportation-related committees or entities.

  • Network Management 60.1 CLEC and CenturyLink will exchange appropriate information (e.g., network information, maintenance contact numbers, escalation procedures, and information required to comply with requirements of law enforcement and national security agencies) for network management purposes. In addition, the Parties will apply sound network management principles to alleviate or to prevent traffic congestion and to minimize fraud associated with third number billed calls, calling card calls, and other services related to this Agreement. 60.2 The Parties will employ characteristics and methods of operation that will not interfere with or impair the Parties’ networks, or the network of any third parties or Affiliated companies, connected with or involved directly in the network or facilities of CenturyLink. 60.3 CLEC shall not interfere with or impair service over any circuits, facilities or equipment of CenturyLink, its Affiliated companies, or its connecting and concurring carriers. 60.4 If CLEC causes any impairment or interference, CenturyLink shall promptly notify CLEC of the nature and location of the problem and that, unless promptly rectified, a temporary discontinuance of the use of any circuit, facility or equipment may be required. The Parties agree to work together to attempt to promptly resolve the impairment or interference. If CLEC is unable to promptly remedy, then CenturyLink may, at its option, temporarily discontinue the use of the affected circuit, facility or equipment until the impairment is remedied. 60.5 Any violation of Applicable Law or regulation regarding the invasion of privacy of any communications carried over CenturyLink’s facilities, or that creates hazards to the employees of CenturyLink or to the public, is also considered an impairment of service. 60.6 CenturyLink shall give advanced notice to CLEC of all non-scheduled maintenance or other planned network activities to be performed by CenturyLink on any Network Element, including any hardware, equipment, software, or system, providing service functionality of which CLEC has advised CenturyLink may potentially impact CLEC End Users. 60.7 The Parties shall provide notice of network changes and upgrades in accordance with 47 C.F.R. §§51.325 through 51.335. CenturyLink may discontinue any Interconnection arrangement, Telecommunications Service, or Network Element provided or required hereunder due to network changes or upgrades after providing CLEC notice as required by this Section. CenturyLink agrees to cooperate with CLEC and/or the appropriate regulatory body in any transition resulting from such discontinuation of service and to minimize the impact to customers which may result from such discontinuance of service.

  • Management of Company 5.1.1 The Members, within the authority granted by the Act and the terms of this Agreement shall have the complete power and authority to manage and operate the Company and make all decisions affecting its business and affairs. 5.1.2 Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, all decisions and documents relating to the management and operation of the Company shall be made and executed by a Majority in Interest of the Members. 5.1.3 Third parties dealing with the Company shall be entitled to rely conclusively upon the power and authority of a Majority in Interest of the Members to manage and operate the business and affairs of the Company.

  • Patch Management All workstations, laptops and other systems that process and/or 20 store PHI COUNTY discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or 21 transmits on behalf of COUNTY must have critical security patches applied, with system reboot if 22 necessary. There must be a documented patch management process which determines installation 23 timeframe based on risk assessment and vendor recommendations. At a maximum, all applicable 24 patches must be installed within thirty (30) calendar or business days of vendor release. Applications 25 and systems that cannot be patched due to operational reasons must have compensatory controls 26 implemented to minimize risk, where possible.

  • Management Grievance The Employer may initiate a grievance at Step 3 of the grievance procedure by the Employer or designate presenting the grievance to the President of the Union or designate. Time limits and process are identical to a union grievance.
