Manner of Services. XIFIN represents and warrants that the functionality of the Services will not be materially decreased during the term of the Agreement.
Manner of Services. Consultant shall provide the Services to the Company in the highest quality manner and shall adhere to professional standards customary for other professionals performing similar functions. Consultant agrees to devote such time and attention, up to a maximum of 14 hours per month, as is necessary and appropriate to perform the Services on a timely basis and in a professional manner.
Manner of Services. 1.3.1 The Parties agree that during the term hereof, they may directly or through their respective affiliates, enter into further exclusive technical consulting and service agreement detailing the contents, manners, personnel and charges concerning each technical and consulting service.
1.3.2 For the purposes of facilitating this agreement, during the term hereof, the Parties agree that they may directly or through their respective affiliates, enter into license agreement concerning such intellectual properties hereunder including but not limited to software, trademark, patent and trade secrets as required from time to time, and Party A may transfer licenses of such intellectual properties to Party B for use.
1.3.3 For the purposes of facilitating this agreement, during the term hereof, the Parties agree that they may directly or through their respective affiliates, enter into agreement for the lease of equipments and properties hereunder necessary for its business operations from time to time, and Party A may provide such equipments and properties to Party B for use.
Manner of Services. A. Under this Agreement, the OAG shall:
1. Have sufficient knowledge and understanding of federal and state statutes and regulations, as well as, thorough knowledge of case law in the areas of paternity, child support order establishment, enforcement, modification, and related child support areas.
2. Work closely with state, regional, and local office Department staff to accomplish Departmental goals.
3. Comply with the direction of the Program, unless in conflict with ethical standards.
4. Produce and file all pleadings and orders with the appropriate court or administrative tribunal within the timeframes set forth by the court or Department, whichever is less.
5. Xxxxxxxxxx represent the Department in establishing paternity and establishing, modifying, and enforcing child support orders by taking the appropriate actions on all referred child support cases in the appropriate judicial and administrative proceedings.
6. Promote the Program by establishing good working relationships with employers, judges, hearing officers, clerks of court, and local law enforcement.
7. Closely monitor efforts by process servers to ensure all steps are taken to effect service of process quickly.
8. Timely notify the Department of any changes in court procedure, local rules or court clerk procedures that affect the Program.
9. Provide the Department with information regarding referred cases by properly updating the Child Support Automated Management System (CAMS); responding to status requests from the Department; and providing other information at the Department’s request.
10. Notify the Department of any adverse rulings that should be appealed, following the procedures in Attachment I.
11. Work with the judiciary and the Division of Administrative Hearings (DOAH) to standardize requirements and procedures to the maximum degree possible.
V. PROVIDER RESPONSIBILITIES
Manner of Services. The manner in which the Services are to be performed and the specific hours to be worked by XPO shall be determined by XPO. MKGI will rely on XPO to work as many hours as may be reasonably necessary to fulfill MKGI’s obligations under this Agreement. XPO agrees that the Services will be rendered in a “workmanlike manner,” consistent with the manner of performance by other consultants providing the same or similar services as being rendered hereunder.

Manner of Services. The Contractor shall provide Solid Waste and Recyclable Materials Collection Services at the locations listed in specifications, which are attached hereto, made a part hereof and incorporated herein by reference. Such services shall be provided in accordance with the specifications and in a manner that is consistent with industry standards and necessary to ensure the safety of occupants, motorists and pedestrians on the Board’s properties.
