Market Hours. The open hours of the New York Stock Exchange, generally 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time on Business Days. Password. Any authentication device (including alphanumeric codes) associated with Client’s User ID that Betterment and/or Betterment Securities require for access to the Account (or certain Account features) or services provided through the Program, Website, and/or Interface.

Out of Hours Order: This is a Market Order placed outside of Market Hours which is executed by the Third Party Broker once Market Hours commence. Positions: Your Positions are the Instruments that you hold as a result of the Orders that you have submitted via the Revolut App which have been executed. Professional Client: This is a type of client that satisfies certain criteria as laid out by the Financial Conduct Authority. Retail Client: This is any client that is not a Professional Client and is not otherwise categorised as another type of client. Revolut App: This is our mobile and web application through which we will provide to you the services addressed in this agreement.
Market Hours. CHC is run Monday to Friday with hours of operation from 9:30am ET to 4pm ET, except on Thursday, May 4, 2023, when trading closes at 3:55 pm ET. Teams may trade on any day the participating stock markets are open. Trades entered after market hours or during market holidays are priced at the next business day's closing price.

Orders received outside of the above hours will be held in queue until the next open market session. The LEX ATS observes the same holidays as the New York Stock Exchange.

Market Hours. Sales begin at the established opening time and not before. • Producers must arrive early enough so they are set up, items are priced, and staff is ready to sell at the opening time and they must stay until the closing time unless previous arrangements have been made. Producers who are consistently late (2 times or more in a one month period) to market may lose their position at that market. • Farm to City assigns spaces at the market. • Displays must not limit the view or access of customers to other stands. • If space at market is limited, a space surcharge may apply if a producer requires space that is longer than one vehicle or parking space. • Where parking fees apply and Farm to City is unable to obtain a fee waiver, the producer is responsible for these fees. • Producers are responsible for any parking violations received. If a producer receives a ticket within the time and space allowed by the applicable Farm to City street closure permit, the producer must provide ticket details within two business days to Farm to City so that we can send a letter to the Philadelphia Parking Authority to request ticket rescission. • Producers are required to bring their own supplies and equipment, which must include a tent. • Tents must have a white canopy and vertical legs (i.e. not splayed). This requirement may be waived for the first season for new producers who already own a tent that does not comply. • Scales used at market must be licensed. • Producers must display a sign giving the name of the farm or business, nearest town, and state. • Producers must have signs listing the prices of every item offered for sale. • All signs must be in place before sales begin. • Producers must secure tents with weights or ropes to prevent accidents. • Producers must exercise caution in parking vehicles and unloading, reloading, and leaving. • Producers must be sure that no objects belonging to them poses any danger to pedestrians, motorists, vehicles or other property. • Each producer must have a trashcan and a broom at the market. • Producers must keep their stand area clean and attractive: plain table coverings, boxes and other containers placed out of view, and stands kept free of product residuals and other litter. • Producers must clean their stand and vehicle areas at the end of market and take all refuse with them. • No smoking is allowed by any producer, or their employee, within sight of any market stand. • Farm to City is responsible for the operation, managemen...
