Common use of Meal Allowance Clause in Contracts

Meal Allowance. An employee who works three (3) or more hours of overtime immediately before or immediately following his normal hours of work shall be reimbursed his expenses for one meal in the amount of ten dollars and fifty cents ($10.50) except where free meals are provided.

Meal Allowance.
