Meal Pay. Effective January 1, 2007, upon management’s approval, an employee in a post shift assignment who is required to remain on duty to cover an additional unscheduled shift of four or more hours will receive compensation for a meal, not to exceed fifteen (15) dollars.

Meal Pay. For represented employees covered under FLSA, employees working two (2) hours of overtime immediately after his/her regular shift will be provided allowance for meals ("meal pay") at the rate of $18.00 per meal. In the event the employee continues to work beyond such first two (2) hours and such is not part of his/her regular shift, the employee will be provided additional meal pay for each successive four (4) hour period so worked at the step set forth above.
Meal Pay. Any employee required to work twelve (12) consecutive hours or beyond in a given work duty period without the opportunity for a dinner meal break shall be provided a meal allowance of seventeen dollars ($17.00), which shall be paid on the employee’s regular pay check.

  • Supplemental Pay 1. Percent To Be of Individual Step

  • Retirement Pay Any teacher with ten (10) years consecutive teaching experience in the Park Hill School District immediately prior to retirement from PSRS without an age reduction for early retirement, shall receive upon retirement from the Park Hill School District a terminal amount based upon the following formula: (Notation, the teacher must make application to PSRS for retirement and begin drawing from PSRS on the first available month following retirement). Years of service to the Park Hill School District to be divided by ten (10) and multiplied by one-ninth (1/9) of the last completed contract. Retirement notification after December 15 for the current academic year will result in a reduction of $1,000.00 from the total under Article 36. In the event of a sudden severe illness of the teacher, teacher’s legally recognized spouse, and/or child, the transfer of a legally recognized spouse, or being called into active military duty may be cause for the District not to impose the late notification reduction of $1,000.00. A teacher who otherwise qualifies for payment under Article 36 and dies while currently classified as an active employee will receive such payment.

  • Travel Pay Any employee required by the Employer to travel to a place of work other than his/her regular official duty station shall be reimbursed for travel costs, if eligible, in accordance with University policy.

  • Benefit Coverage The Company agrees to provide pension and welfare benefits as described in the Company Booklets, benefit plan documents or policies of insurance for the duration of the Agreement.

  • Vacation Pay (d) Paid Union leaves. All other payments, premiums, allowances etc. are excluded.

  • Special Pay Special payment, including standby, overtime, premium, and other special payments, shall be calculated in accordance with the applicable provisions of this Agreement.

  • Part-time Vacation Pay If the Employer currently has the computer systems’ capability to implement bi- weekly vacation pay, they shall do so by the start of the next vacation year or earlier. Those Employers with no computer capability will endeavour to implement bi- weekly vacation pay if there is no significant administrative burden, by the start of the next vacation year or earlier. If the Employer does not so implement, it will provide reasons in writing to the Union. Where possible without extensive programming changes, the amount of vacation pay will be separately identified on the pay stub.

  • Dental Benefits The County offers dental and orthodontic benefits to full and part-time regular employees and their eligible dependent(s). Benefit provisions, co­ payments and deductibles are outlined in the Evidence of Coverage. The employee contribution is $13 per pay period ($28.26 per month). The County shall contribute to part-time eligible employees on a pro-rated basis, in accordance with Section 10.2.6.

  • Bilingual Pay 1. Except as provided in 2. below, qualified employees who meet the following criteria shall receive an additional forty (40) cents per hour (approximately sixty-nine [69] dollars per month) for all hours actually paid. This will not apply to the class of Interpreter.
