MEALS ON OVERTIME. 27.1 If an employee is notified during the time he is working that he will be required to continue working for more than two (2) hours past his normal quitting time that day, the Employer will provide a free meal to the employee at the end of his regular hours of work. The next overtime meal will be provided after six (6) hours of overtime worked and for each four (4) hours of overtime worked thereafter. The employee will be allowed thirty (30) minutes with pay at straight time rates to eat each meal at the time directed by the Employer. When a paid meal period overlaps a rest period the paid meal period will supplant the rest period.
