Medical Benefits Advisory Committee. XXX will appoint up to two RNs 2 from the Bend bargaining unit to participate on this advisory committee. All 3 nurse representatives on the committee will be paid at their straight time rate 4 for time spent in scheduled meetings. This committee will meet quarterly to 5 review the current medical plan, anticipated cost increases, or significant 6 design changes, as well as data on utilization of the plan. The committee may 7 also provide recommendations regarding plan design and cost controls, 8 including, but not limited to, the prescription drug program, premiums, co- 9 pays, and inpatient and outpatient benefits provided under the plan.
