Meeting – Core Team. Meet virtually via Teams to review the preliminary project cost estimate. Xxxxxxxxx and the Cost Estimator will walk the Core Team through the cost analysis. Discussions about budget alignment and phasing suggestions will be discussed, depending on cost projections. Design team attendance will include Xxxxxxxxx and Xxxxxxx Preconstruction Services. Early scoping determinations by Client and final program confirmation will be utilized to develop the conceptual design further.

  • Meeting Agenda 6.1 The Co-chairpersons will prepare an agenda and forward a copy of the agenda to all Joint Committee members at least one week in advance of the meeting (sample attached).

The Contractor’s representatives on the Steering Committee shall attend all meetings of the Steering Committee unless otherwise agreed by the Department.

  • Project Steering Committee (a) The Recipient shall establish and maintain at all times until the completion of the Project, the Project Steering Committee with a composition, mandate and resources satisfactory to the Association.
