Meeting with the Board. If the disposition of the grievance at Step II is not satisfactory to the grievant, he may request a hearing with the Board following a review by the CGSEA. This request must be made within ten (10) working days of the decision by the Superintendent. This request must be made in writing to the Superintendent and the grievance and the written disposition of the grievance at each step must be attached. The Superintendent will arrange a meeting of the Board. The Board shall review the grievance and hold a hearing if requested. A decision in writing will be rendered within ten (10) working days of the next meeting of the Board. The decision will be sent to the grievant, the CGSEA, and the principal or supervisor.
Meeting with the Board. Upon receipt of the Superintendent’s decision, if the Association wishes to meet with the Board, such request will be submitted in writing and within five (5) workdays. The Board will respond to the Association’s request within five (5) workdays. This meeting will take place at a mutually agreeable time and prior to a formal board decision regarding a staff reduction.
Meeting with the Board. The Association and the Board agree to engage in meetings a minimum of (1) time each year, in order to facilitate effective communications between the parties. The Association representatives (not to exceed three (3) members) will meet with the Board representatives (not to exceed two (2) Board members along with the Superintendent and his/her designee). Such meetings will occur on dates mutually agreed upon by the Association President and the Superintendent, but neither party is required to exceed two (2) such meetings per year.
Meeting with the Board. (a) Relational will be entitled to attend the regularly scheduled meeting of the Board that most closely precedes the expiration of the notice period provided in Article II Section 9(a)(2) of the Company's by-laws for making nominations of persons for election to the Board at the Company's 2004 annual meeting. At such meeting of the Board, Relational shall be entitled to discuss with the Board Relational's concerns and recommendations, if any, regarding the Company. It is expected that Relational's presentations and discussion at the meeting would last for approximately one and one-half hours, and that Relational would not attend the entire meeting.
Meeting with the Board. 1. If the Administrator is unable to resolve a complaint to the satisfaction of all parties concerned, at the request of the complainant or the employee he/she shall forward the results of his/her investigation along with his/her recommendation, in writing, to the Board and a copy to all parties concerned.
Meeting with the Board. After receipt of the findings and recommendations of the superintendent and before action thereon, the Board shall afford the parties the opportunity to meet with the Board, and show cause why the recommendations of the superintendent should not be followed. Copies of the action taken by the Board shall be forwarded to all parties.
Meeting with the Board. If no settlement is reached at 11:01(2) Filing, and the grievor wishes to continue the grievance, the grievor and/or representatives of the Local Bargaining Unit, on the grievor’s behalf, shall request within ten (10) working days after receipt of the Director’s or designate’s reply a meeting with the Board’s Grievance Committee. The Board’s Grievance Committee shall be convened within ten (10) working days of receipt of the request. The written decision of the Board shall be given within fifteen (15) working days following the convening of the meeting.
