Employer Union Relations 7.1 Representation at Meetings with the Employer No employee or group of employees shall undertake to represent the Union at meetings with the Employer without the proper authorization of the Union. To implement this, the Union shall supply the Employer with the names of its officers and, similarly, the Employer shall supply the Union with a list of its supervisory or other personnel with whom the Union may be required to transact business.
Member The Member owns 100% of the limited liability company interests in the Company.
Negotiated Funding Amount, Board Contributions 4.1.1 Each Board shall pay an amount equal to 1/12th of the annual negotiated funding amount as described in 4.1.2 and 4.1.3 to the Trustees of the ETFO ELHT by the last day of each month from and after the Board’s Participation Date.
Unpaid Leave - Union Business (a) Short-term leave of absence without pay to a maximum of fourteen (14) days at one time shall be granted to employees designated by the Union to transact Union business including conventions and conferences unless this would unduly interrupt the operation of the department provided, however, that these designated employees shall be paid by the Employer for time lost in attending meetings during working hours whenever their attendance is requested by the Employer. The Union shall give reasonable notice to minimize disruption of the department and the Union shall make every effort to give a minimum of seven (7) days' notice.
Member Contributions With respect to benefits accrued under the Retirement System on or after January 1, 2021, members shall be required to make the following rates of member contributions to the Retirement System:

Members Capital Contributions a) Single-Member Capital Contributions (Applies ONLY if Single-Member): The Member may make such capital contributions (each a “Capital Contribution”) in such amounts and at such times as the Member shall determine. The Member shall not be obligated to make any Capital Contributions. The Member may take distributions of the capital from time to time in accordance with the limitations imposed by the Statutes.
Union Membership Requirement 5.01 All members of the Union shall remain members of the Union in accordance with the Constitution and/or By-Laws of the Union. All new employees shall, as a condition of continued employment, become and remain members in good standing in the Union within thirty (30) days of employment.
Annual Paid Sick Leave (a) (i) An employee is eligible to accumulate sick leave with full pay at the rate of two (2) days for each month of service.
