Statutory Pregnancy and Parental Leave. (a) Employer shall grant to its employees eligible under Minn. Stat. § 181.940-941 unpaid pregnancy and parenting leave pursuant to the terms of those statutes which currently provide for up to 12 weeks of unpaid leave.
